Tealive Lotus's Selayang — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

On 25th August 23, I went the Tealive, being there fews times, the staffs always on phone, I always ask for half ice, this time only have 2 staffs around lunch time, ordered Signature Coco, informed the male staff, half ice fews times, he just quite, then when I got the drink it was full of ice, when I ask back the both female & male said they follow SOP, I took them, I always buy it, I know the difference. Cashier busy with the phone. She never look at your face when you are asking only nod. A small notes saying that Hazelnut series is NOT AVAILABLE. I ask this Hazelnut series tak available ke? She nod, never say anything. I ask again, Available ke tak available? She only say TAK without looking at your face and busy typing. I end up stepaway. She shouldnt be a cashier with that kind of behaviour. Monday-7th Aug 23 @ 2.50pm....

No big straw for milk tea with topping. The staff no check stock direct say no big straw. Then she called and telling on phone the straw in on top of the cabinet but thought we can’t hear it. After that slowly take the chair climb up check the box on the cabinet then look at us say the straw is up there. Waited for awhile still no action show that she gonna take the straw for us. Really bad...
