Tried the Summer Peach Pomelo with black pearls at LiHO Tea. The peach and pomelo flavors were unique and refreshing—a standout combination that’s both bold and satisfying. However, the black pearls were a major letdown. They were so hard and clumpy that it was impossible to sip them through the straw, which really detracted from the overall experience. Very nice for boba and one of the best I have tried. Only slight criticism would be I prefer mine sweeter with less ice.

I brought four supreme boba ice teas but when they were making the drinks there was only enough for two. The manager was apologetic and asked if I was able to either wait 30 minutes for more or to change the order. I changed the order to the supreme matcha and that was also nice.

Bad experience. ordered one less sweet taro milk tea and waited more than 10 mins. When I asked the staff, only told me that taro balls will take another 15 mins waiting time. Never preempt during order. was forced to change to another drink. 10 staffs stationed at the counter, 5 in group chit chat.
