Coffee is good and it's clearly written that every person has to order one each. This is a first! No problem as long as the coffee is good. Expensive but it's not that no other places serve equally good or better coffee. Seeing only 2 tables with 3 persons (and 2 ladies were about to leave), I took the courtesy to ask permission to savour mochi I bought from Thean Hou temple supporting the trader there on Wesak Day. Moreover, I thought the mochi would go very well with the coffee while still fresh. Alas! Permission denied. Hmm... I supported this cafe, but it seems they're not very understanding towards a supportive patron who happened to support other businesses as well. I understand now the small crowd even on a Sunday.

Somehow, I'm not surprise to read about your reply, Mr Damien, as you had done so to others' review. Your arrogance will only drive customers away, as you're not receptive towards constructive feedback. If your memory is so darn good, I'm sure you recalled that I didn't even question any of your policy. I ordered 2 coffee without protest. Adhered to your no outside food policy while enjoying my time sipping your lovely coffee. Alas! Coffee that tasted good but with a poor attitude! Good luck in your business, and best wishes that you won't survive long! Well, I guess you wouldn't mind...

Now the scenario is much better. The roads are wider and brighter with many new developments taking place. White Land Cafe decided to make Centrio its home. A bit tricky locating this cafe as it's blocked by a huge column.
Essentially a cafe with predominantly white colour inside and outside, exuding that serenity atmosphere. Both ground and mezzanine floor have seats although I reckon that mezzanine floor is more suitable for those who want some quiet time doing works or reading.
Bagel Pancetta & Egg which also happened to be their bestseller was delicious - imported Italian cured meat, free range egg, melted cheese, balsamic mayo & salad sandwiched in between two not-so-dense bagel bun. It instantly made my morning together with Ethiopian Guji beans coffee. Their flat white was also a stuff of good quality
A bit of driving from my usual comfort zone but well-worth the...

Their passion is palpable — evident in every meticulously brewed cup of specialty coffee and each delectably crafted dish. The sandwiches are a delightful blend of flavors, but for me, the crown jewel is the canelé. It's a symphony of texture and taste, with its caramelized crust and soft center being utterly irresistible.
Beyond the exquisite fare, it's the genuine sincerity of River and Damien that truly elevates White Land. They approach every aspect of their business with a dedication that ensures each visitor leaves with memories of unmatched culinary delights and heartfelt hospitality.
Set against the backdrop of its beautifully minimal decor, every visit feels like a refreshing escape. Whether it's the pursuit of the perfect coffee, a bite of sublime confection, or a tranquil corner to relax in, White Land delivers on all fronts. A must-visit gem...
