Parking is so hard to find. All the surrounding shops have reserved parking and the guards are incessantly blowing their whistle and preventing you from parking anywhere. You'd have to wait for some time until a specific spot is available.
As for the dessert shop, it is cozy and cold. However, the workers process orders rather slowly; we waited quite long for our dessert despite the shop not being that packed (and it's a small shop to boot).
The yogurt shaved ice is too sweet in a bland and unappetizing way - it doesn't taste like vanilla or plain yogurt, so I don't really know what the flavor actually is ... perhaps some sort of medicine? The red beans also taste pretty off; it has this indescribable artificial taste, which ruins the whole dish. We also had churros, which are tough to bite and chew. We paid RM18.90 for a pot of tea made from regular tea bags, and from the second refill onwards, it was already bland and tasteless. The taro cheese pancake was certainly unique, but the sweet-and-savory combo didn’t sit well with me — perhaps just not to my taste.
Their signature matcha ice blend with ice cream was disappointing. The ice cream had an artificial taste, and the matcha felt like it was made with flavoring and coloring instead of real ingredients. Yes, the portion was big, but even then it didn’t feel worth RM18.90. Even a McD cone is better… The experience, overall, was underwhelming.
The only thing we found decent was the fried chicken bites. Also, credit to the staff who kindly helped us find a parking spot — hence...
