I regret to share my DISAPPOINTING encounter at One Love recently, which compels me to highlight the unprofessional behaviour of some of ur staff members. As a regular customer, I expected a more courteous and accommodating service during our visit this time. However -

Our group was enjoying our time and had already placed orders for a second round of drinks, including cocktails. To our surprise, we were abruptly approached by a staff member who informed us that we had to either order more drinks or leave immediately. We were taken aback by this demand, as we were not made aware of any "open bottle reserved table" policy prior to our visit.

The manner in which the staff communicated this request was disappointing, to say the least. Their attitude appeared dismissive and not in line with the standard of service one expects from a reputable establishment like urs. This unprofessional conduct significantly marred the pleasant atmosphere we had hoped for, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disheartened.

What added to our dismay was the stark contrast in treatment that other customers received. Observing nearby customers who had only ordered a couple of bottles of Tiger beer, being left undisturbed, while we, who had ordered multiple rounds of drinks, were singled out, added to our feeling of being unfairly targeted.

As a loyal customer of ur establishment, I believe it’s essential to address such issues to ensure that all customers receive equitable treatment and experience the same level of service. It is my sincere hope that u take this matter seriously and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I had previously recommended One Love to my friends and clients, emphasizing the delightful ambiance and service. Unfortunately, my most recent encounter has caused me to hesitate in doing so again until I see a noticeable improvement.

The vibe is good, me and my friends were enjoying until the staffs decided to cut us off before 12am while we’re just about to feel the hit. We were there early, when there’re just few people. Went to the dance floor for just 5mins and what i get was the staffs telling my friend who was taking care of our table that the table is reserved and we had to go. It’s not even 12am when the party is just climbing. They treated us as in we’re not going to spend more or not more enough than the others? We were forced to order more immediately to secure our table, so we took shots but it was not good as expected. Since then, they keep an eye on us just waiting for us to leave.

Communication can be better. We were there early, should’ve informed us that the table is reserved for someone later, we can choose another table. OR inform us that we have to open bottle or minimum spend to secure the table longer? We also felt more offended that they only target my group when there were other smaller groups than us and having less than what we had.

Our mood went downhill even though the crowds and vibes were hitting. Spending there and after all we left with disappointment, anger and wide AWAKE. Wasting time and money. TBH, the cocktails were just meh anyway.

We really enjoyed the vibes, unfortunately we were treated unprofessionally by the staffs there. It was getting full house, but they decided to target my group to let go the table. We were told that the table is reserved and we have to move only after we had 2 rounds of warm up drinks. We had to order immediately to secure our table, can’t even bother to decide which is best to order. Because TBH, the drinks are not as good. Ended up with shots that taste like non- alcoholic.

We were offended and disguised for being treated as we are not going to spend more. It’s just before midnight, we had warm up drinks and just waiting for the party to rock for more drinks. Just enjoying at the dance floor for few mins and our table is gone. Even though the house is rocking but we were totally not vibing. KENA POTONG STEAM.

We left with anger and disappointment. It is such an embarrassment as i used to recommend and bring my friends here all the time, because the vibes is really good.
