KFC — Restaurant in Malacca

Omg, please don’t ever come to this outlet. After reading so many bad reviews here, I thought I would somehow be lucky and won’t get bar service.

Firstly I made two separate orders for takeaway but the kfc staffs only gave me one order and the other order they feigned ignorance even after I clarified with them

Secondly after I gotten my second order, upon reaching home, I just realised one of my burgers - colonel burger is switched to colonel rice, great so do I have to tell my old granny to eat white rice instead of burger, though I promised her a burger for lunch today?

I really cannot accept it - I had double confirmed with her (because this outlet works so slow although I don’t see much people coming in/any other orders coming in except for mine, and my family is hungry waiting at home, so I didn’t want to spend more time checking again and again after this store’s incompetency and inefficiency) I confirmed with the staff that all my orders are burgers and she nodded, didn’t care much to double check for me.

This is so upsetting. Please, don’t ever come to this shop. I always order from the one nearer to my house at semabok Petronas - that one works really efficient, polite and accurate orders. Unlike this Kota shah Bandar, damn lousy. Couldn’t even say sorry to me for all their...
