I use app and arrange for pick up cause I'm in hassle rushing for work. I wanna skip all the ordering and straight to the food preparing part. However, the staff completely dazzled me with their remarkably SLOW SERVICE. You guys manage to dampen on the word 'fast', seeing you guys representing a fast food restaurant. I waited like a fool at the service window, and no one was there. Am I suppose to keep waiting? At least put someone there to notify the customer the order is running late. Instead I need to walk into the restaurant to remind them about my order. What's the point of drive through if no one station at the service window. I would have tolerate this if the restaurant is packed but instead not much customers around. Read moreHi, I am customer of Mcdonald Tun Perak Melaka is very dissatisfied with the service of booking my son's birthday party on 26th June 2024 at Tadika Siang Lin Melaka school with Mcdonald Tun Perak branch.
I ordered a happy meal nugget menu package for 35 pax. The staff who are on duty only deliver food, do not organize birthday parties, do not organize any children's play activities.
Usually, other mcd branches have game activities and are ready to decorate the class with balloons. But the staff at the TUN PERAK MELAKA branch did not immediately do such a thing, even when we asked all sorts of reasons, they were given.
We as customers are very unhappy and saddened by what your employee named Wana is doing. If we knew this, we wouldn't want to order to buy at mcd Tun Perak branch.
We hope that the employer is always aware of the behavior of your employees who have service. I spend rm388 plus but this i we got it.. Shame for your branch service so bad.
