Was about to order a cake (take away) and we (non regular customers) were waiting for our turn by standing infront of the cake glass. We didnt know that we were supposed to order at the counter which was just beside the glass. Ordered apple juice and saw the staff put an apple into the juicer with shop label still attached. As She was about to put the second apple when I asked her why is the label still attached to the apple. She had the audacity to answer "jangan risau takkan masuk dalam air". She is a reflection of the kind of discasting hygiene Secret Recipe practices. The staff thinks she is dealing with stupid customers. Worst service ever. She was ignoring us even though the first customer still haven’t decide what to buy. We were standing in front of her together with my grandmother and my boyfriend was trying to wave at her but she was still ignoring us. After the first customer decided what to buy and finish their packing then only she looked at us. We mentioned we want to dine-in but she packed for us! There’s not many customer and not busy at all.
