Just been there for my dinner just now with my friends around 9pm (4/10/2020), there's a few thing that really make us feel uncomfortable and definitely will be our last time to this boat noodle branch!
First of all, rude and unfriendly staffs. Ever since we walked into the shop until we left, your staffs never smile / say thank you to us. I said thank you for several times when your staffs pass me the menu / took our orders / served us the foods, but your staffs seems like unable to hear me and giving zero response!
Second, when your waitress served us the foods, one of your staff put her thumb inside the bowl, and it touched my rice noodle! Hello! This is so unhygienic! How did you train your staff? And the foods are cold especially the goreng-goreng foods, the beverage already requested to less ice but they also cannot understand.
Third, when we were having our foods, your staff suddenly pass us the bill and request us to pay without asking us whether we still have any last order or something. She just show us the receipt and of course I paid her cash upon her request. We can definitely understood maybe we went to the shop too late or just not the right time, but you can just let us know before we stepped into the shop! If you don't wish to serve your customer or you don't think you want to OT, please just let us know in a proper way, instead of show us your unprofessional attitude. PLEASE NOTE THAT I DID PAID MY 10% SERVICE CHARGE BUT IN THE END I GET NOTHING FROM YOU!
Lastly and this is the most worst part, when we finish our dining and leaving. One of your waitress said: "Eh you, belum bayar!" The attitude and her tone that she talked to my friend definitely pissing me off! I paid my bill during I'm still eating my foods and that was your staff who even didn't give me the receipt and 5sen balance, how could you talk like that to your customers?! Even the customer haven't pay also you cannot do like this!
This shop is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! You will paid your service charge but you will get nothing but...

Regarding the service is just disappointing and a waste of time, one of the waiter, plump size and short, had her cap over her eye and minding her own business even though we called her for ordering and clearing the table a dozen of times.
Lastly ended up we had to walk over to order ourself even though not a self service restaurant 😂 won’t recommend any of the viewers to try this restaurant even though the food is ok my partner order 5 bowls of instant noodle and I ordered 3 bowls of rice noodles with the fried chicken and 2drinks costing 60+ with 10% service charge on LOUSY service 😂
So if any of you visiting aeon recommend you could try sushi or Kenny rogers cuz it’ll get you full for the same price and good service...

We arrived at your restaurant at around 5.15 pm and ordered. It takes almost fourty minutes but the food still didn't arrive. Even, the customers that arrived late from us already finished their meal but still our order didn't arrived. Plus after we told this to the waiter on duty, She did not pay attention and neglect us.
