TWS Marina - Melaka (The Windmill Station) — Restaurant in Malacca

Been wondering if the price is cheaper or similar to delivery (via foodpanda/grab). So headed on with a colleague to grab a quick lunch. It's a price to pay when you select delivery as the charges for delivery and packaging is included too.

Ordered : Grilled chicken carbonara spaghetti : 3.0/5

Chicken salad : 2.8/5 (Firstly a nugget sized chicken -thinly sliced lengthwise) was served ontop of the salad making it so bad looking. Couldn't help it but informed the waiter the chicken is XS sized chicken.. he commented to ask the kitchen to add extra. So he came back with another piece that is even thinly sliced). I am grateful with the additional slice but I won't even think to reorder this salad again.

Watermelon juice : 3.5/5 (Hot) Honey lemon tea : 3/5 , sugar packets are served on the side. (1 pc lemon slice & 1 lipton teabag)

I have tried their kampung/cili padi fried rice before. I give it a 4/5 points. It's still my best go to comfort...

We were not locals so we didn't know anything about this restaurant , this is an honest review.

I went to the restaurant around 7pm, with my husband and our two babies. The moment we opened the door, the staff immediately brought us two baby chairs (very efficient and prompt). The staff even advised us what to order because we were clueless (it was our first time trying out TWS. Then my baby threw tantrum, the staff gave us two extra plastic plates to accommodate us and continuously trying to help us, so that we could eat at peace.

Of course my babies made a lot of mess and the staffs assured us that it was okay, because they understood our situation. We felt really relieved with such warm gestures from the staffs. The food was fantastic, we took the dishes that came with soup and fresh juice. I totally recommend this restaurant. Keep it...

Visited after seeing high review scores, so we decided to give it a try.

The place had a decent weekend crowd—not too packed, but definitely not empty. We ordered from both the Western menu and local fried rice options. The food was just average—not bad, but nothing memorable either. Service, however, was quick and efficient.

The ambience was pleasant and reasonably clean, including the toilets. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. One possible downside is the overly extensive menu, which may have affected the overall food quality. If the taste improves, this place could easily become one of our regular spots to...
