Went there for Valentine's Day, booking is 7.30 pm and I arrived on time. The owner said three table were late so our table is not ready yet. In Whatsapp they mentioned dinning session is 1 hour 30 minutes, any late arrival will cause dining time to be shortened and deposit is not refundable. Then why those late customers can have privilege? I came on time then I have to wait for them to finished. at 7.30 pm there was only 1 couples waiting there and I wait until 8.50 pm only I got my tables. Between 7.30 -8.50 there were at least 8 group of guests went in before us. The most ridiculous part is this, 1 couple I know for sure we booked for the same package and they booked for 8pm slot they even went in before us. I booked for 7.30 I waited there for a long time at least be fair I waited 30 minutes more and my slot is earlier, have some logic.
the owner told us they have shortage of staff due to certain reasons, yes I understand it is the reason of delaying but it's not the reason that you give table to guest without following the order. I was waiting there quietly, until I saw many more guests went in me and my partner have to wait there clueless on when we can have our Valentine's day dinner. I don't like to rush them it's pointless and not helping , only make them more stressful BUT when you see group and group of people go argue and complain successfully got their seats faster, what can you do? The owner don't even remember my name after he asked me 3 times when he's is checking on the list and when I asked how long I have to wait. I waited patiently in return I got left hanging there.
Finally the food, rm288++ valentine's day package Soup taste good but cold, first course we ordered the fried cheese is quite good and you can grill the cheese on the stone. Main course is quite fun you barbeque in a good environment restaurant. The dessert is just a piece of cheap cake, decorations are hardened like it have been made an hour ago.
I didn't get the service I was expecting, even the aunty maybe it's owner's mother, I understand you might not be trained as a server or restaurant crew. While you explaining something can you be more patient? listen to yourself you sound rude. Your role is a server tonight, I booked Love potion as my beverage but she said out of stock fine, an item in a fixed menu booked few days ago is sold out, then we said then change to fruit juice with pure honey. I didn't know I can choose the fruit then I'm quite confused, she was like: ya lah all juice with pure honey What juice? then only she listed what juice they got. She didn't say anything seriously rude just her attitude is unacceptable throughout the night. I felt like I'm eating for free then she still have to serve us kind of attitude. Even when we pay she said the card machine was broken, then we try QR pay and we are reloading it took sometime then she said try the machine maybe can work. She said give me, we are like give you what? she said our card to try, Then I'm like you enter the amount then we can tap to pay why give you my card.
It's the worst...

Made a dinner reservation via WA from Singapore few days before arrival and met with very pleasant reply and acknowledgement. The young, well-mannered owner mister Eugene, with a quite eloquently presentation, introduce the menu selection and wine to us. And he personally serviced at most dining tables in the restaurant too. We didn't bring our own wine which subject to a decent corkage fee, we settled for the limited list of Australian wine available( list WA to me in advance) the wine got decanted and breathe for a 20-25mins and they paired pretty well with be meats and easy to drink on its own too. Spanish iberico pork and lamb meats juicy and tender, we sticked to the 3mins both sides sand-dial clock timer as recommended. However. The A5 Japanese wagyu meats is slightly overcooked with the same 3mins both sides timer. We had preferred a medium rare doneness (maybe the local likes their done medium well). Guess we are mostly old folks in a birthday celebration feast, the softer wagyu flank fits better than the rib cap. Nevertheless, it is a blessing in disguise not to have ordered the 3 or 4 course set meals and went alacarte instead. Everyone at the tables, get communal to savour many different cuts of meats and we have ordered the Portobello mushroom with almond toppings and crispy potatoes in honey mayonnaise dips too. The birthday gal was served with restaurant own slice of brownie cake with a scoop of ice cream on top the cold rock. We brought our own petite patisserie cake platter from another nearby patisserie cake shop, the restaurant staff took great care to chilled it and the owner personally decorated it and presented it at that birthday surprise moment. Mister Eugene, presented another finale surprise with a group photo and instant print memento for the bday gal. It is our first time dining here and a bday gal celebration too. Mister Eugene as seen on his social media introduction of his hidden gem, did not disappoint on his delivery. Appreciates. Finally, If you are a meat lover, tis nicely ambient well decorated restaurant is recommended. Oh no forgetting, I didn't smell like BBQ after too, thanks...
Read moreFor a recent birthday celebration, we booked the Film and Dine package at Infinito Restaurant, and it was an experience beyond expectations. Imagine enjoying gourmet dishes perfectly synchronized with the unfolding storyline of a film. Each course mirrored key moments of the movie, creating a unique and immersive dining experience.
The flavors of every dish were a masterpiece. The sauces and ingredient pairings introduced us to innovative combinations that were both surprising and delightful. It’s clear that the chef’s meticulous attention to detail is a reflection of their passion. We noticed the chairs were all aligned perfectly—a telltale sign of the owner’s perfectionism. For a chef with such precision, you know the food will be exceptional.
I deliberately avoided researching too much beforehand, wanting to preserve the element of surprise. And it was worth it. The six-course fine dining menu was full of delightful surprises. For the main course, we had the Black Iberian Pork Chop and Australian Wagyu Beef. Both were cooked to perfection and so flavorful that additional sauces were unnecessary.
Dessert was a highlight—a “blind box” surprise, and we were served a burnt cheesecake paired with honeycomb. The combination was heavenly.
I wholeheartedly recommend Infinito Restaurant. The two-hour journey was a feast for all the senses, combining stunning visuals, thoughtful storytelling, and extraordinary flavors. This isn’t just dining—it’s an artistic experience that you won’t forget.
P/s: the owner gift us a memorable picture which we ry...
