Amazingly beautiful nyonya restaurant with authentic nyonya dishes. If you are looking for an authentic nyonya food with beautiful traditional nyonya ambiance, this is it. UES Siew Tin has it all ~a traditional nyonya ambience with beautiful nyonyas serving authentic baba food. It gives you a burst of a flavors with depth of mixed herbs and spices which simply lead you to a food adventure of Peranakan culture. We kick off our dinner with a warm cup of the blue tea, follow by a crunchy mix flavor of achar timun (nyonya pickled cucumber) and kueh pai tee. Follow by, a warm dinner meal served with butterfly pea flower rice and exotic peranakan dishes, fried belacan sweet potato leaves, rendang mutton, gula Melaka chicken wing, tamarind fish, prawn with coconut milk and pineapple, and ayam ponteh( braised traditional baba nyonya chicken). We will never leave without a dessert. Wrap up with the most delectable nyonya cendol and gula Melaka sago. Simply amazing! Mouth watering… the cendol is the best I ever had. Besides the super yummy meal, we’re served well. Service is excellent. Very attentive and caring team of crew. We had an upmost experience at this beautiful nyonya restaurant. Thank you! Love the Lady Boss. She is amazing and provides great recommendation for the nyonya dishes. My mom and aunty love her warm service and...

Cendol at UES Siew Tin Nyonya Kitchen RM6.35 Taste: The cendol here is a delightful treat. The combination of creamy coconut milk, fragrant pandan jelly, and sweet palm sugar syrup creates a perfect balance of flavors. Each bite offers a refreshing blend of sweetness and richness, making it an ideal dessert for a hot day. . Presentation: Visually appealing, the cendol is served in a traditional bowl, showcasing the vibrant green jelly against the creamy coconut milk and dark palm sugar syrup. It's an inviting and appetizing sight. . Environment: The setting is spacious, featuring traditional Baba Nyonya furniture that adds a charming and authentic touch. The atmosphere is both cozy and culturally rich, enhancing the overall dining experience. . Overall Experience: If you're looking for a refreshing and tasty dessert, the cendol at UES Siew Tin Nyonya Kitchen won't disappoint. With its perfect blend of flavors, pleasing texture, and excellent service, it's a treat worth indulging...

One star for the cendol and the complimentary sago with fresh coconut milk and gula Melaka that was the only saving grace of the restaurant.

The minute the Pai Tee came out we could tell the food was going to be just mediocre. The jiu hu car was not flavourful or fragrant as it was not fried with mushroom and dried shrimp. Definitely cannot recommend this place when the most basic dish cannot be done right.

The rendang and chicken were a disappointment too. All the dishes came out so quickly, barely 5 minutes upon ordering. Clearly the food it all repacked and reheated upon order, not freshly cooked. The food lacked fragrance and was so unappealing.

If you are looking for authentic nyonya food, avoid this place. The price is not cheap either. For 3 dishes consisting of 1 rendang, 1 chicken, 1 veg, all regular size, the bill came...

I will definitely return to for the good food, ambience and service when I come back to malacca. Soup - very good taste. If you don’t like it sour, then this soup is not for you Pie Tee - this dish is very tasty but did not like the chilli. Golden pillow - is a deep fried poppia. The veg is cold and the crust is warm and crispy. Very unique and a must try. Mutton rendang - this is also a must try. The rendang is very flavorful. Liked it the best. Fried chicken - well fried and the tasty. But I wish they served it with sambile blachan and not bottled chilli. Fish - Jenak fish was soft and tender. Cooked perfectly and the source blends very well with the fish. I loved it. Prawn - really good taste. A must order Ladies finger - well cooked and the ladies finger is young and fresh. Desert was good.
