Subway Palm Mall — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Visited this Subway branch on 15/06/2025 around 12.15pm, wanting to redeem the grabfood voucher. The rude and annoying staff, named Risha (a Malay lady maybe in her 20s who is wearing braces) kept saying that I can't redeem this voucher on that day, because they got certain redemption period (which is not stated on the terms and conditions on the grabfood apps). After calling her manager, she told me that I only can redeem RM28. It was actually a RM 40 voucher and at the end, after she keyed in my 2 wraps and 1 sub, there were excess of RM 3.65 (total of 36.35) and she didn't even bother to tell me. I was asking her why there was an excess of RM3.65 since that she claimed to be only RM 28 can be redeemed. Then she said that she can't do anything since the receipt is printed out. She was very rude from the beginning until the end. Is this how you supposed to treat your customer when you're working in F&B industry?? If you stressed or mentally disturbed, please take MC and stay home. When you starts working, you should leave your personal problems at home, not throwing your temper tantrum at customers.

I asked for a foot long seafood sensation. She took out two 6-inch subs. Ok fine, but then I noticed one of them is shorter than the other so I asked her why. No response. Muka stoned je terus isi crabmeat filling which I think was yesterday’s leftover since it’s still morning and there was still about 2 scoops left in the container. Not fresh at all. So she continued to take a fresh batch and added on the subs. Service wise is zero at this point. Tissues all finished at the sink tak refill. Same worker suddenly opened the back door and sat on the floor to change her shoes. I just hoped she washed her hands after before attending to customers. Pls Subway, look into this outlet and tell your staff to wear a smile on their faces and respond to customers’ query...

They female staff was very rude when i went there. I and my friends went there around 9.15 pm to eat there, they were supposed to close at 10pm, we were still eating until 9.50 rather than telling us that they will be closing in awhile politely , the female staff started shouting from the counter 'sudah tutuplah, balik' . I hope the management will do something about this, because my friends and I are regular customers at subway and i never seen any staffs at subway malaysia behave like this. And they had very less bread options to choose from there and they only had like 4 to 5 sauces to...
