McDonald's PD Waterfront — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

These people are not the best but they're not the worst either. Happy meals are always out of toys. They always forget to give you something at the drive thru. It's either the toy, the straw, spoon or sometimes even food. But when we go for the second round, they'll give it to us though. Maybe they forget. I don't know. The hassle of going for another round in the drive thru is terrible. Since, it's the only McD around, we don't have a choice. Cleanliness is a B. The tables upstairs, occasionally there's leftover foods on the table. Even if there are no leftovers, the tables are dirty. Not wiped well. The floor always has foods. Which is why we don't prefer dine in. Maybe because there's too many people dining in, it becomes dirty even if the staffs clean it. I'm just trying to be positive. They do take feedbacks well. We'll given them feedback and they've improved alot since. Such a good sport. I'm sure one day, you'll be the best McD experience because you are keen in improving yourself. So, I give...

Went for a holiday trip, everyone decided to get fast food since most restaurants closed for holidays. Absolute nightmare. Worst McD ever. It's totally understandable if they're understaffed or extremely busy to serve everyone. But every other place we went to (KFC, Pizza Hut, even Kenny Rogers), they always standby a staff, or a sign that inform customers that "it'll take a few hours to get to their turns", but not this McD. They just quietly let customers order & paid at the kiosk, THEN only they tell everyone it'll take a few hours to get their meal. Ridiculous service. And when we asked for a refund, since we gone there for a holiday break, not to wait 2 hours for a burger, the staff just said "paid already, cannot refund". Irresponsible, inefficient bunch of jokers. 😡🖕🖕🖕 Highly recommend everyone going PD, to ask the staff directly how long before getting their meals, if they don't want to fall into the same underhand sales...

Dear Mc D management.. Please upgrade your system on Drive Thru ordering... I ve experience thousand times of not having my meal set accordingly as order..there will always be burger left out ..apple pie left out..and when u guys pile up all in one paper back..its difficult for the customer to recheck whether the ordering is complete.. With cars queing at behind us..of course we would drive away once we get our package..and the miserable feeling is when by the time i reach home..i found out two cheeseburger was left out..and im. Staying in batu 6...my kids are already hungry. You cant expect me to drive back and ask for recheck.. It a time consuming.. Please guys do something!!.

Very upset with ur service. Had the same experience at MC D teluk kemang too.. At that time its already midnight...my husb had to drive back and ask for the burger we order that was not given in...
