All else "no choice selection or we're late for home or don't have the time to cook because we're busy" option. This is probably my main reasons for going with McDonalds.
Place wise, this place is currently under construction to make it more accessible for the disabled (hopefully), and clearer parking options compared to how it was previously. Apart from that, due to its location, at key times over the day, you'll find a long queue of cars outside for the drive through for a quick lunch as aforementioned in the first sentence 😅.
I've seen people having events here. To be honest though, the place ain't that big to hold a birthday party of more than 15 people (kids are inclusive). It's tight enough on the inside especially at key hours where a lot of people go out for lunch. So, your mileage trying to hold an event here may vary depending on the influx of people.
Service experience is probably the main point I can't give this place a fiver. I've had too many orders mixed up over the years. Over time, quality control has been on the improvement trend, but every now and then, there'd be a mistake somewhere. If you want to reduce mistakes, orders less than 50 bucks would increase the efficiency. If you have a big family like me, avoid spending the whole meal here, 'eat in' or 'to-go'.
Updated: Drive-In facility is available but I think the biggest problem is Malaysians don't understand or bother how to use this. The Drive-in slots have commonly used as parking spots rather than a place to wait for order delivery.
For disabled (OKU) people, this facility is actually good. There needs to be change of mentality to accommodate drive-ins facilities, and the McD management at this establishment needs to be a lot more stringent to allow people with disabilities to enjoy this branch...
Read moreAlmost always packed, so be prepared to wait for a long while.
Food is what you'd expect, if it is complete. Lost count how many times some of the items I ordered went missing.
Service is slow, even if there's not many customers. Most times, if not every time, you'd think that you owe them money because the servers wear a frown on their faces as they throw packets of ketchup and tissue into the paper bags with a grudge.
Don't get me started on that one time when I saw an order just sitting on the counter, and no one was calling out the order number and they never used the order number screen properly. The guy waiting couldn't take it anymore (waited for almost half an hour) and went to check if his order was ready, found out the one on the table was his order (he opted for table service), and the ice cream that was sitting on the counter the whole time has melted and his fries were all cold.
Poor guy asked if he could get a replacement, and the server rolled her eyes at him before getting to it. They changed something, but definitely not both.
Sure, that night was a busy night, but they still had the time to stand around to chat among themselves, which was unbelievable.
The upside? I like how the place look after it...
Read moreBeen here since 4 years ago, I always order nasi lemak with 2 pieces of spicy chicken. I didn't eat chicken thigh, and i kindly ask for change that one piece to ribs or keel / breast. But they always said that they don't have what i wanted, the excuses that they gave me is "ini je yang kami ada", but they already toss and racking the chicken and there's no other order. It's kinda nonsense to said that because it's impossible that one colla / fryer of chicken is almost all thigh, right? Plus during that time which is yesterday around 15:13, they're absolutely not busy, even the drive thru was clear and the staff able to make a lot of store clean up. That's what pissed me off and that makes me sick and I'm not in the mood. Yesterday was the last time I'll come to this store after 4 years, better i spend my money and time at...
