The food quality was indeed good a few years ago. However, when I visited a few months ago, I noticed that the quality had declined, so I decided to give it another try this time. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and shocked. I found multiple little COCKROACHES🪳in the mushroom soup—I was so stunned that I forgot to take pictures! The staff did confirm this issue. Although they didn’t charge for the soup, I still find it unacceptable. I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen must be.

On top of that, the other food wasn’t good either. The carbonara was too salty and lacked any cheesy flavor, likely because they were trying to cut costs.

Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I don’t think I’ll be returning. It's disheartening to see a place that once had great food fall to such a low standard. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements, but as of now, I can't recommend this...

My family and I had been coming here for our Christmas and Mother's day dinner every year for the past decade. However we finding the quality of the dishes wasn't keeping up with its glorious past. As a customer who used to enjoy the services here, i hope the chefs will be doing the quality check before serving the dishes to customers, the gravy and sauces tonight are really salty. Many customers tonight including us weren't happy with the delay and mistakes of food orders. We have been waiting for one hour for the first appetiser, following by another hour of delay on the main course. They didn't even notice the main course was not delivered until the manager came for order check. Hopefully the restaurant can uphold their quality which they used to be in coming...

Good selection of western cuisine. Steaks are nicely done according to your choice. Chicken and cheese chop is superb. Venison is good though not as good as rib eye grain-fed steak. Go for black pepper or mushroom sauce rather than BBQ sauce which tends to be a little sweet. Lamb shank is a must try.

Fruit juice is good and if you like coffee, they have special Kensington coffee which is really good Hainanese coffee. Cakes are nice though they are frozen and reheated.

Service is excellent. They saw one guest suddenly coughing and immediately brought a glass of warm water without even being asked. Attentive and courteous!

Ambience is nice. They have an outside seating area too for those who prefer warmer...
