Poor inattentive service with the exception of one staff named Edmund who was good. The rest was untrained and inattentive. A tip - when asked for refills of drinks please give customers a fresh glass or bring a jug to our table to refill instead of taking our current glasses away to refill the same glasses and serve us. 🤦🏽‍♀️2nd tip - it won't kill you to say "your welcome" when diners thank you instead of just walking away. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Pizza was good. Premium Ribeye was a huge disappointment. The cut had a lot of tendon and connective tissues which made it tough to eat. My partner had to spit out almost 3/4 of her steak into her napkin - too chewy. I sent mine back and they cancelled my order without asking if I would like to have something else to replace. But billed the full amount for my partner's steak even after highlighting to the manager how much she had to spit out with evidence in the napkin. No apology was given but she sounded defensive instead. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The chef insisted that the steak was Ribeye even when I sent the steak back for the Chef to view it. Tendons and all clearly visible. Mojito was pack full of crushed mint leaves that I had very little drink instead felt like I was having an iced salad in a glass! Also was it too difficult to play some nice Italian songs /music or even Christmas songs (since it was Dec 23) instead of nondescriptive songs being played that didn't suit the environment - I mean it was an Italian restaurant...

Food quality drastically changed to worse compared to previous experiences. Despite that, we experienced a terrible customer service today. Ordered a pint of beer which only came after main course. The waitress who took our order, served our food and drinks while talking on the phone which seemed quite rude to us. On top of that, no waiter around when we needed assistance. All they were doing was standing at the counter and chit chatting. We had to wait until the next food to be served to ask for extra sauce. All we asked was mushroom sauce, and we got mushroom soup in the ramekin. By the time we finally caught a waiter’s attention to change the sauce, we almost finished our food. After this awful experience, when we realized the cheesecake we ordered was billed even when it wasn’t served. So when we asked one of the waiter, instead of checking first, he insisted the cake was served. After ‘checking’, when they realised the mistake was on their side, the same waitress who took the order just returned the money. No courtesy to even admit their mistake or to apologise. When I asked her is this how they treat customers and no courtesy to apologise, she can even reply me saying ‘ we did not want to ‘accuse’ you without checking first’. Wow. This place is so crowded. I love the interior. Very calm environment and soothing lights. Love the bar island in the center. The price here average is around RM23 - RM27 for the pasta and pizza. For the steak, cheapest is RM30 if I am not wrong. The portion is not that big but it is very filling. All cheese and cream stuff are heavy food, so you surely will be full!

I highly recommend the baked cheese pasta and mushrooms Alfredo. You won't regret it! Very flavourful, can taste each ingredients. Try to the garlic bread too. Not like other garlic bread outside, this is very crunchy and strong taste of the garlic. Good! The Ala Carbonara is quite average to me. Not as flavourful as others.

Just a downside is that when order take away, min need to wait for 20 mins. I have waited more than 30 mins. So don't place order for take away after you finish the meal. Order while in the middle of your meal. But dine in meal comes very quick. Less than 10 mins. So that is no problem. Don't worry.
