Stumbled upon this restaurant by luck. And it wasn’t disappointing for first time visit.
Food: Many varieties of good quality kampung-style dishes, they alternate the menu each day, but ayam kampung goreng & the sambal belacan that you shouldn’t miss.
Ambiance: Average, expect old style restaurant during early 2000 that kind of vibe. Most importantly clean 👌🏽
Service: What I like about this place the most; their service is personal. Engaging, smile on their faces, no attitude, fast service. I came back for second, third & more just because of their service 😁 Keep it up 👍🏽
Recommendation: (1) Since this is kampung style restaurant, maybe they may consider offering more variety of ulam-ulaman i.e petai, jering, kerdas, daun ketereh etc.
(2) Also maybe few extra condiments like tempoyak, budu, cincalok would be more interesting 😁
(3) Make few killer menus, and offer them everyday. First time I went there, I had a little kuah asam pedas on my rice. Boy it was delicious! Came back for second time, craving for the asam pedas, but it wasn’t on the menu on that day. Honestly disappointed, but their other menus also delicious, so I stayed and ended up makan 2 portions of rice haha 😅
(4) Always maintain service at the top. But in case you want to expand the business, open somewhere else but maintain that ‘personal touch). If you take too many people to your current restaurant, i am afraid you’ll be out of hands. Just...
Read moreSimple but tasty malay dishes served like asam pedas , asam rebus, kerabu, chicken rendang, fish & chicken masak kicap, ikan & ayam masak lemak cili api, ikan keli goreng sambal..just to name a few....the food served here could pass as home-cooked ....the chefs are experienced mak cik Kiahs. There are also many choices of malay kuehs too like karipap, cucur, seri muka, talam ubi kayu etc.......The cucur badak is a must-try...prepared fresh and fried as per order...SOP adhered to so there's no need to be wary of safety during this pkpb ....But don't take my word for it ...should you be in Seremban do give this place a try....it's going to be worth it ! Read moreFood is awesome. They have varieties i must admit. Morning different dishes, lunch different dishes. Recommended morning dishes is lempeng with sardin, and karipap. Lunch, take ayam goreng kampung, most of lauk is splendid. They do buffet, but they serve you by taking into your plate whichever lauk you want/tunjuk. This kind of approach will be chaos especially during lunch hour when everyone is lining up. Parking is quite hectic within that area, environment is pretty hot during midday especially on the corridor. Maybe they should consider putting more fans to that...
