Restaurant Raffi — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Terrible service. Poor customer service (due to foreign workers) and workers can be rude to selected customers. The same nasi lemak bungkus from the same vendor is sold 50cents cheaper in other shops, so don't think they are that cheap. Need to improve the customer service and speed to get your food. There are better mamak shops in Seremban that provides better service and tasty food also.

I think they are arrogant cause most of their customers who comes there are from the nearby hospital, so they feel business is good and don't care how they treat other customers.

My advice to shop owner, please treat your customers with respect/polite and ensure people who comes first have their orders taken and not letting customer to call 3x just...

the manager in-charge at that time was so rude when taking our order and blamed us for serving the wrong food 💀💀 and when asked for the price of a product, the same manager told us to check it ourselves in a rude manner (we couldn't even find the label, that's why we asked him)... the service was so poor... his name ends with khan, starts with an M (forgot his name), if I'm not mistaken he's a relative of the owner... all in all, the service...

Whatever other reviews indicated, this restaurant offers you a taste of Malaysian mamak restaurant - food, beverage, services and ambiance. Some may disagree with me due to its ambiance and seemingly dimmed environment. However, this is where I come for if I want a crispy thosai/dosai or roti channai/peratha. Amid the numerous orders and different requests, their kitchen and serving crews makes sure that you get what you order....
