Sarah Seafood — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Dirty cups, the water container at the self service area has little to no water when we arrived at 630pm. Dirt on the cups which is not acceptable. Our over fried siakap sweet sour has dead flies floating in it. Ordered kailan, but kangkung arrived, only 10% kangkung, the rest is oily stuff of onion petals, and squid head, who need that when we ordered veg? I told the guy that this is not kailan, he said okay, but never returned. Butter prawn is okay, they brought the gravy one , but, we are table of four but received less than 8 pieces of prawn? When i was ordering , told the girl to slow down the tv volume behind me, doesnt work! Still , the girl who is taking my order literally need to ask 2-3 times in order to listen properly. 7pm sharp all the girl waiters gathered in front of the television and watch the tv serials , such a disgrace! An elderly chinese uncle who was sitting infront of me with his wife, walked to their table to make an order. Because no one cared to be alert or waiting to be called upon by the customer. I went to the counter to make the payment, the girl inside was using her phone i called three times before she realised i was standing there. Dear owner, you really need to think seriously about the above points....

last time eating here, the food is WOW! Unfortunately now(which is this day) the food is UWEKZZZZ. What the hell are they serving, i guess the chef have been replaced. I order pari bakar, came to me pari goreng(TAK SEDAP SAMA SEKALI) SMELLY(like already started to rot). Hoping for a carrot juice(without milk but at least a bit taste of sugar) came to me too healthy(without sugar) carrot juice tho.

To the waitress & pembuat air, at least control your word and of coz air muka bila layan pelanggan. Rezeki tak masuk wei dgn tunjuk muka ketat.

Sabo je la. Mmg tak nak dah datang pasni. Serik dpt mknan bebao. Hilang mood nk makan santai. 😮‍💨

At least maybe can accommodate all the stray cat in a one place. I can see there's actually a big room near the surau. Boleh je buat ruma kucing bilik kosong tu, at least ado la tarikan. But then again, just my 2cents tho. Semuanya tgantung kat owner...

When we got here the place was almost empty. Red flag #1. Then we saw one of the gas stoves wouldn't work. Red flag #2. We had western food. Chicken chop and lamb chop portions were small. My plate had 10 measly fries. The table had ants. Breakdown in communication between wait staff and cooks. I asked for no mayonnaise (allergy) and still got served coleslaw. My brother in law had to wait 1 hour for his meatballs.

First and last time. Cheap and cheerful my @$$. Please...
