Extremely Disappointed Basic Requests Ignored! I’m shocked at how even the simplest requests were completely ignored. I specifically selected “with fork & spoon” for every item ordered & none were provided. On top of that, I clearly ordered my drinks without sugar and yet they arrived sweetened.

If these basic instructions can’t be followed, what’s the point of the options? Truly...

Was there with my family last weekend. The service was super slow and they were obviously understaffed. It took them almost 10 minutes to come to take our order. Our order came after exactly 1 hour. We requested for 2 extra plates of rice but none of them served us (already told 2 of their staff). In the end, i walked up to the kitchen counter and told them to give me the rice right away (tu pun ada hati nak suruh tunggu kat meja). Btw, meja sebelah kitorang pun bising sbb lambat ambil order, duk suruh tunggu ja. Makanan sampai pukul 10, tu pun meja lain ada yg tak dpt lagi.

Makanan pulak so-so je. Kitorang amek set RM95 langsung tak berbaloi dengan portion sikit namateyyy utk 4-5 orang makan. Tomyam pulak ada udang sekor 2, sotong pun entah² sekor je potong...

Good food and good staff. They need to add some English language in their menu. We used Translation app to understand. And there were cats around, the environment was a bit hot. This is a place for local people. Overall...
