We came here on a Saturday lunch, and ordered our food by 1.05pm. We ordered 1 mushroom soup, 2 set lunch (which comes with watermelon + soup + drink) and 1 ala carte meal. About 20% food on the menu wasnt available (including desserts - gasp ikr). The vibe was totally off, there were 2/3 staffs walking around (they looked like managers/supervisors) but only 1 guy working FoH. He was a bit impatient and acrid, understandably so cos he was the only one on-ground giving menus, taking orders, putting cutlery, delivering food, taking payments.
Unfortunately, the set lunches took a good 37 minutes to arrive, but the ala carte fried rice arrived much faster.
Food was average, nothing to shout about.
When we were gonna pay, we realised we hadn't received our 2x soups + fruits. So naturally, the 1 FoH guy who looked really beat/tired told us we didn't need to pay for our additional mushroom soup.
A few things here about poor management, which will lead to poor employee satisfaction, which in return will lead to poor customer service and unhappy customers.
the managers/supervisors didn't bother helping out the 1 FoH guy. They were in their management office or standing around.
if you see a team member who is swamped, naturally, regardless of your title, you should help the team member out.
some recognition to the 1 FoH staff (malay guy) who did all the work - even if you were in a rush/swamped, thanks for pulling through in the best way you could have. We weren't hard on you because we knew it wasn't your fault. I hope you get what you deserve, because I think if you had the help you needed, you'll be great...

I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, and it was absolutely amazing flavorful, well-cooked, and served at a very reasonable price. My friends tried the Nasi Lemak Ayam and Ayam Penyet with sambal, and both dishes were equally satisfying. We truly enjoyed our meal here, and it was a great dining experience to share...
