I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Sharmila at the Baskin Robbins at Maxim hotel outlet, Genting Highland, and I must say, her level of customer service left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to understand my preferences, checking if I preferred less sweet options and had a liking for peanuts.

Her personalized attention didn't stop there. She recommended the Maui Brownies and Pistachio Almond flavors based on my preferences, and they turned out to be absolutely delicious! What truly stood out was Sharmila's tone of voice, her gestures, and most importantly, her exceptional level of patience throughout the interaction.

Last night 30/9/2023 we had a very important 80s Birthday celebration at Genting and we ordered a cake from Baskin Robbins online. The experience was “Not User Friendly” to say the least. Long story short, 20 minutes before our dinner, we were informed that the cake we ordered were sent to Maxim Hotel, which was at least 15 min walk from our restaurant. When we called and Sharmila was very professional and promised to deliver the cake to our venue, and the cake was delivered on time for the celebrations.
