This waiter was extremely rude and arrogant. When he served small table he was damn arrogant (lan si lan yong) but when he served big table he was super friendly. Super materialistic arrogant staff.

As I was enquiring about rm50 voucher that I got after spending rm1000 at premium outlet. At the information counter, I was told can use for any outlet except food court.

When I showed to him and before even checking the voucher he straight away say No. Then I told him that information counter said all outlets accepts this voucher. Then he checked with his boss and his boss didn’t want to accept too.

After meal, I went to info counter to complaint. The info counter said that they MUST accept the voucher cos they participate in the campaign. The info counter called the restaurant and the staff gave nonsense excuses that the amount was not enough which was not true cos the receipt was more than RM50.

Then the premium outlet marketing staff went over to solve the matter and eventually they accepted the voucher and gave me RM50.

The staff and the owner are super snake 🐍. Should not eat at this restaurant. Arrogant staff and snake boss

Also food super expensive and quality below average.

Boycott.

Restaurant owner, You totally missed the point. If you say you can refuse the voucher then talk to the info counter/ marketing team of your mall as they said you MUST accept as your shop participates in the campaign.

You don’t have to explain much, just look at your poor rating and bad reviews by several customers which some involved dishonesty… this already tell about your...

We had an amazing dining experience at New Rainbow Restaurant. One of the highlights was being able to choose the size of the fish, which made it feel very personalized. The steamed river fish was fresh and flavorful, and every other dish – from fried squid, clams, prawns, fried rice, vegetables, to stir-fried dishes – was delicious and well-prepared.

We spent around RM1055 (about SGD322) for the whole meal. It is a little on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for the freshness, quality, and generous portions. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing – we sat outdoors, and it did get a bit chilly at one point, so do keep that in mind.

Overall, the food was perfect, full of flavor, and all of us loved it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy authentic river fish and a great...

New Rainbow River Fish Restaurant is famous for their river fishes, especially their most famous Wild Patin. Apparently, the orang asli will get the fishes for them and hence we can taste the freshness in the fish.

Ever since I tried this Wild Patin at their branch in Gohtong Jaya, I have absolutely fall in love with it. But do keep in mind that their Patin is selling at RM350/kg. In my humble opinion, it is worth eating once in a while. Their professionalism fascinated me and I will leave this comment for you to try out.

If you could only try out a dish in this restaurant, the Patin is definitely a must.

Will I go again?...
