Was here for breakfast at this 24 hour Mamak eatery. We ordered roti telur bawang, roti sardin (roti canai with egg and onions and roti canai with sardines and onions respectively) and plain roti canai, with accompanying hot beverages consisting of Teh Tarik and Milo. Aforementioned items total cost RM 28.90 (Refer to appended image of the receipt for the cost of individuals items). Efficient ordering and subsequent Queue numbered self service order collection from the serving counter. The respective roti canai and accompanying curry were sufficiently large and flavourful. Our only minor grievance was the amount of oil in the curry. The hot Milo was NOT diluted and good. The Teh Tarik was surprisingly good, even much better and at a fraction of the prices than the 1 Meter Teh located at the First level.
Caveat Emptor They only serve roti canai after 5 am, as we were previously here at 3.30am and were informed so.
Update August 2025. Ordered Murtabak Ayam (chicken) and Murtabak Daging (Beef) takeaway for dinner and Teh Tarik while we waited for our orders, noticed many Genting staff having dinner here as well. While waiting for our takeaway order, I was pleasantly surprised that the boss at the cashier counter called me over to issue a partial refund as he had mistakenly keyed in earlier Murtabak Kambing instead of Murtabak Ayam, the former item being slightly more expensive. (The error overlooked by me when getting the receipt.) Murtabak Daging: Flavourful and delicious with generous minced beef filling. Read moreWe ordered a Nasi goreng biasa, a Nasi Biriyani, a beef preparation and a glass of fresh juice.
First, they served the biriyani and the beef and they, literally, forgot about the other dishes. Cause, I could see the dish, delivered by chef on the counter, waiting to be delivered to us. After few min, when I shockingly discovered they'd actually forgot, I tried to draw their attention, then the second phase started. They started to ask one another to deliver it to us, but everyone declined. Finally, a senior person took step, no he didn't deliver it to us, he asked me to self-serve it ourselves.
The rice was cold and felt more like a left over. And the beef was entirely livers. I drew their attention, but they were like '...meh'. So, I left it without further eating. Several of them noticed that the food is just left there in front of me, but no one bothered to ask anything. Then we left.
Now, I feel, they were actually waiting for us to leave and now, my leftover would be served to...

Food - Wide selection of mamak dishes including roti canai, mee goreng etc. Taste is quite good and portioning is enough. Ate the Maggi goreng which thankfully wasn't too spicy.
Pricing - Prices are reasonable considering its located at Genting Highlands where the foods are usually much more expensive. Maggi goreng was RM 8 while teh tarik was RM 3.50.
Environment - Place is spacious and relatively clean. Cool breeze makes it quite an enjoyable place to dine at.
Service - Due to social distancing measures, its now self service where one pays at the cashier and collects the food by yourself. Overall, food came quite quickly in less...
