7th anniversary celebration but very poor execution, very badly managed and worst part was very not transparent and no integrity

Walked in and queue at 11.30am (17/11/24) for the so hyped BBC campaign

A staff come and tell can order online via miniprogram (not my first time use the website)

Placed order 11.50am and got out from queue..website never update the order status..came back at 1pm..they cut the order over the counter and cant give a time when we can collect online order

Came back at night, around 8pm they asked my wife to collect order the next day

How the cup and gifts not sealed at all? Video evidences circulated all over social media on how prizes can be separated by staff/internal personnel

And your PR team/Customer Service unable to control the complaint properly..if you want to do anniversary celebration internally just dont give false hope to your customers

I lovw the taste of the tea. It suits my preference really well (for a tea-person). Notes: for tea-lover, the bitter taste of the tea is my preferences. So, if you aren't the bitter taste tea type, please don't request for no sugar. Even, tea with sugar still bear a bit of that bitter taste, but can be compromised. The staffs at the shop really do very well entertained the customers (including me). I apologise for being such a fussy customer with a lot to ask 🙏🏼. i ordered pickup through their official website , i placed order on 11 am and my waiting number is 20 something but when i checked my order status it stated there are 700 orders before me , so i went to chagee at 1 pm to ask if my order are ready and they told me my drinks probably would be ready by night because there are many customers , i’m so confused , i already mentioned to the staff that i ordered right after they opened the shop , they don’t even try to get my drinks ready instead they asked me to wait till night , idk why they prioritize walk in order first (still haven’t got my order rn and it’s...
