I have experienced 2 times of disappointment: Slow service from Tealive employee(compared to other branches is like heaven and earth) Specifically 27/05/22 i went there again, there were only 1 customer, despite that i did not notice there were 1 more customer sitting on the bench waiting while looking at her kid playing inside the shop. Then when I thought it was my turn, she slip in and get in front of the line, the employee also mentioned she was earlier than me. I was fine by that. But then, the customer was delaying my queue by playing around and talk with her kids which was twice(after order & after payment waiting for receipt) the employee of tealive did not rush or do anything except waiting for the woman to comeback again. It was a bad experience due to neglection of other rights from both parties....
Read moreSaya ingin menyuarakan rasa tidak puas hati terhadap polisi pembayaran di cawangan Tealive Jalan Beserah semalam saya pergi ke cawangan tersebut untuk membeli minuman untuk anak saya, tetapi dimaklumkan bahawa hanya pembayaran secara cashless (kad atau Touch 'n Go) diterima. Tiada langsung pilihan untuk membayar secara tunai.
Hal ini amat menyusahkan, terutamanya bagi pelanggan seperti saya yang hanya membawa wang tunai. Akibatnya, saya tidak dapat membeli minuman yang dimahukan oleh anak saya. Saya sangat kecewa kerana situasi ini bukan sahaja menyusahkan, malah menyebabkan anak saya sedih kerana tidak dapat minuman kegemarannya.
Saya mohon agar pihak Tealive mempertimbangkan semula dasar pembayaran ini dan memberikan pilihan pembayaran tunai di semua cawangan demi keselesaan semua pelanggan, termasuk golongan yang masih menggunakan wang tunai sebagai cara utama...
