For those choose item, ones have to press the choose button where wanted to order a veriety of sides. If they press the photo of the food, it will only repeat the same item as previous. And more :- If one missout an item and the rest of your family memeber had finished eating their food. The kitchen cannot skip the que to make the missed out one first. They said it is fair to all customers. But i think it might be the reason why some outlet are crowded because we can't finisish the meal fast to clear the table for the next family. Once you ordered, you can't immediately speak to the counter to change thw order, although the food was not make yet. I never encountered such rigid system the many years i dine out. Read moreFood is still good, weather still good, coffee did not get to drink it, waiters seemed to be a bit lost today. Sat at the table for 15min, I had to walk over to request for the menu. Our food was late and served to another table. Asked for coffee to be served after meals so that it will be hot but came before the meals. We asked the waiter to take it back and serve again later. Still, it took too long for us to get our food and we did not get to drink our coffee in the end because we have to leave soon.
Today Dome let us down with the service. Thought we found a nice spot for a cup of coffee. Dome GPO has been consistent since my first visit when GPO started many years ago, until today.
I still would like to commend the waiters, they maintained their composure and apologised for the shortcomings.
One thing caught my attention: the waiters apologised and said that they are still new to the job. I would not blame them, but are the management listening to them or just sink or swim approach? Proper OJC?
