Marrybrown GPO outlet is located inside the food court. The food was fine. The ambiance of the place was ok, plenty of available table but a bit noisy because its a food court. The price was a bit higher due to location perhaps. The only problem, was their services. Took very long time to get the food. Eventhough the staff did inform prior order that cust need to wait for 15mins for the chicken, but eventually took more than 40mins. And their system was chaos. After waiting for long time, suddenly the food were be given not according the que number. Much later customer got their food first. Numbering system was suck. There is no digital screen for customer to check up their number and worst when they were only shouted / call up the number in Bangladesh excent. Hopefully the management will tackle...

Well when I went here it was a disaster... The tills were not operating so could not serve me. Unable to pay via cash, e-wallet or credit card even though food was ready. The Marrybrown is inside a food court with a few other eateirs offering other types of food. Seating could be a problem as it was packed on a Saturday afternoon but was able to find a table. They come and clean the table very quickly after people leave which is a good thing. Menu items are very standard compared to all other Marrybrowns but sadly was unable to experience anything...

Experience bad services by the worker as we were waiting for our queue number patiently however, they have messed up our order by inputing the wrong number. So when we checked with them, if that is our order as they have been calling the number that does not belong to anyone, they did not bother to check and told us to wait for our number. we waited for 20 minutes and the food was just left out there to cold. In the end, they just serve us the food and did not even apologies for their mistake. bad...

First try of the famous Marrybrown chicken after hearing about it for years - was pretty disappointed. Chicken skin was not too bad and crispy but otherwise, not that great. Fries were underfried and looked pale. The chicken looked better in the Nasi Campur stall :( The hotburger was KFC’s little cousin trying to imitate the older relative…
