KoppiRotti Kopitiam — Restaurant in Pahang

Recently, I have ordered French Toast from the menu. I received it, got my first bite and realised that peanut butter has spread between those two bread. To begin with, there is no details regarding the spread, that has been informed or written in the menu. All I know is getting plain french toast at first. I would have told them about my preference on getting plain one if they have written out about the spread in the menu. THERES LITERALLY NO INFORMATION ABOUT IT. AT LEAST TRY TO UPDATE THE MENU. Later on, I complained to the staff that I would like to have a new one, explaining my discomfort of having peanut butter toast. Yet, they are not even considerate to neither get me a new one nor cancel the order. This is totally unacceptable and such an unsatisfactory service that we have received...

The worst experience I've ever had at the time of the incident, I found a chicken feather in the curry noodles ( We tasted each other's food and tat incident happen when half mee curry were inside stomach little left and we noticed that ) when my member reprimanded the male staff, they were so shocked that they didn't know what to do, they didn't even say sorry, before we left, there's a Chinese woman wearing a white shirt came in (not sure what position she was because the staff who reprimanded spoke to her, if I'm not mistaken, she was probably the manager or something else) she didn't even come to us and apologize ...there after ordering you have to pay first then you get the food (so smart right ?) then they don't care like we got it .... Please do it proper or else karma will...

Food is reasonably good in comparison with other typical kopitiams, but the service could be improved. You have to be alert on your order otherwise, they will forget. It is a bit odd that first you sit at your table, then put an order, then you have to go and pay first, not later like most kopitiams. I presumed this is to ensure that people still has to pay even if their orders are forgotten or delayed😂. Not sure why they serve food in flimsy plastic plates and utensils... Could be cost cutting or Covid 19 SOP.... but they serves real spoon for your coffee... If I have other choices, I would rather go to places where I can decently eat with...
