Mukmin Cafe — Restaurant in Pahang

As a customer, I really appreciated the waiter — very welcoming. This really elevates the mood to dine in. We were greeted with a “welcome” as soon as we entered. The menu was given quickly, and the waiter responded fast whenever we needed anything. The waiting time for food was quite fast even though we ordered for four people. After the meal, when we asked to pack the leftovers, the waiter even provided a plastic bag without us asking. That’s common sense — some places don’t even bother. Some owners don’t really train their waiters/waitresses to do these simple but impactful gestures. The atmosphere was calm with jazz or soothing background music. The staff were on standby, ready to help if customers needed anything. Most importantly, they weren’t noisy. The food was delicious, and the portions were satisfying for the price we paid. Just a suggestion to maybe offer more variety on the menu. To the owner: you did a great job maintaining quality and service. You deserve...

I've dined here many times. The food is undeniably good, and the prices are reasonable. Yes, the service has always been on the slower side, but I’ve tolerated that. However, on my recent visit on 5th September, things crossed the line. My son has already seated at a table when out of nowhere, a staff member came over and started pulling the table away without saying a single word, just to combine it with another for a different customer. Excuse me? Where is your basic courtesy? Is it that hard to say “excuse me” or “sorry”? I can overlook slow service. I can accept higher prices. But I will never accept rudeness or complete disregard for customers. That moment ruined our entire experience, and we left the restaurant immediately. Please ask your staff to have some manners. 1st time i came was a long time ago which somehow their cooking is not bad.

The day which i ordered via WhatsApp as usual. They kinda late bit to respond but still just few minutes late and I'm not a rushing person. But somehow their set dishes for for Nami platter and Gangnam platter is quite good which much better than certain trend cafe either inside or outside Pahang.

The chicken is juicy and their flavour is quite good. Its really reasonable and affordable price.

All I can say to the owner, please make the chicken dishes variety like there's a small set which certain people might wanna order for small number.

My recommendation? For place? Take away much better as I enjoy eat with my family at home. For food? Gangnam and Nami Platter. Drinks? I much prefer...
