MyKori Dessert Cafe Temerloh — Restaurant in Pahang

I ordered at 7.45pm and I waited till 8.30pm but still didn't get my food. Even my beverage, just a simple soda also take so long to process huh?🙂 It's my 1st time visit here and I feel uncomfortable, the staff don't even give me a smile or greeting. The time I stepped in mykori there's just few customers I don't think they are busy lol. All the staffs working LEMBAP okay. Will not visit here again🫠 Waited for an hour really behtahan lol time I request for cancellation the staff give me a very bad face. Asked him where's my soda, he said he need to ask kitchen first hello you stay in the kitchen for an hour xkan u don't know anything. The malay girl say "skrg baru 103 berapa je" I really behtahan lah asked her do refund pun susah kira duit sekeping2 hello just 89lebih je but she kira for few minutes she's like the sloth lolllll HELLO MYKORI DO U KNOW YOUR STAFFS ATTITUDE WHAT A RUBBISH SERVICE IF KEJE LEMBAP RESIGN TERUS LAH SPOILT...

Sorry.. service out.. tiada staff yg attend us.. need to call if xde org kat kaunter.. we did ring the bell like more than few time k.. even we had to shout.. ‘excuse me..anybody at the back??’ After dpt call.. br ad org kuar.. muka br bgun tdo.. mgkn sbb xde cust.. huhu

Secondly, hampir semua x available.. event choice of grain utk kakigori byk yg x available.. feel bad kami sbgai cust xbole memilih.. at least u should accept that ur cust request for same grain twice.. but what ur staff reply.. ‘oh xbole..mem xkasi’ what the heck..!!

Thirdly, dulang pun crack guyss.. da bole buang pls.. xpun serve la dulg len utk kami.. bukn ramai pun cust.. kami je yg ad..

Last but not least, to owner mykori tmerloh.. if u read this review.. pls i bukn nk jatuh u.. but pls improve for better next time…. I byr not for this...

I had the worst experience coming to this branch specifically. I had visited this branch once in December, of which was not to my satisfaction. However I thought of giving them a second chance and paid them another visit again, most recently in January… and to my dismay they disappointed me again. Most of the food items on their menu was unavailable (out of stock- you’d wonder when they do stock up) and the staff was incredibly slow.
