❌I am absolutely appalled by the experience at this restaurant. The service was beyond unacceptable. The food was served extremely late, I could have let it go. The service was terrible, and the cutlery wasn’t clean, I could have overlooked that too. But for your staff to take the order carelessly twice times!! I ordered “NO Spicy” Spaghetti prawn marinara for my kids. We waited for 40min+ to get it with full of peppers. The waiter apologized and would bring the new one with full of the Chili sauce instead of tomato sauce! which we waited another 30min.+ for it 🤬It was even worse and extremely spicy, my kids started crying from spiciness and hungry. 😡 so i told we wanted to cancel. The first waitress came over and brought us the new one and complained me that i didn’t tell her since at the beginning! So i said did i mentioned that i didn’t want “No spicy”. She said for her this is not spicy! 🤬 ok if u use yr malaysian spiciness standard, of course for u it’s not 🤬 We are foreigners and this food is for “3 and 7 years old kids” ! iI you have eyes and brain, u should better figure out! However, my husband didn’t want things ruin our holiday so we accepted the food. The taste of the food was a complete disaster—very sour, and the prawns were small, only three tiny prawns and not fresh!! Naturally, we could barely eat any of it. Not only was it served super late, but it was also poorly prepared with subpar ingredients causing my children distress and even making one of them sick. My child felt unwell the entire way home, experiencing nausea and vomited! This is not the level of service or quality I expected, especially for the price we paid for lunch! Your restaurant has failed on every front—from the food to the service, and even the hygiene. ❌We will never return again 😡🤬🤬🤬

I was curious to try this restaurant since it’s part of my hotel and has good reviews, but it turned out to be a disappointment. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and it only arrived after I followed up. This was especially frustrating because it was my first meal of the day. The beef hor fun was tough and overly salty, but I ate it anyway out of sheer hunger. Service was also a letdown. The staff were too eager to clear my plate even when I was still eating and even tried to take my half-full water bottle despite me saying no multiple times. It felt rushed and intrusive. Cleanliness was another issue—flies around the dining area, sticky tables, and even something stuck to my shirt when I leaned. Definitely not the level of hygiene expected from a hotel restaurant. To add to the confusion, when I asked if they had traditional Malaysian kopi, they first said yes but later said no. If they don’t serve local drinks, better communication and English training would help avoid misunderstandings. (At least my latte arrived correctly.) Overall, between the long wait, disappointing food, and hygiene issues, this was a frustrating experience. I expected better from a hotel restaurant and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised because I read from review, others said breakfast here is just okay but I found it to be quite good. They serve nasi lemak, ayam masak kicap, spicy fried kuey teow, French toast with baked beans, potato wedges topped with parmesan cheese, rice porridge, noodle soup with a choice of chicken or tom yum soup, toast with butter and jam, omelette, dim sum, fruits, salad, various condiments and for beverages, they provide coffee, tea, hot milk, fruit juice and plain water. They also have breakfast cereals for children. Mr. Raju and other staff were very friendly and attentive. There's free parking available for guests and the atmosphere is cozy and lovely.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I had service-wise.

First of all our drinks came 30 minutes after ordering them. The starter dishes my friends ordered came after the main dishes of some others. All of our main dishes got served 15 minutes apart. One friend got his main dish after we all finished eating for over 15 minutes. Keeping in mind there were only 5 regular sized tables occupied... so not a crazy amount of capacity was being used.

Above that we got assigned a dirty table which they only cleaned after a couple of minutes.

Beside that the doors were fully opened while it was pouring rain outside. I saw other people actually shivering yet still one of the obers would not let us close the door for his convenience.

To conclude, the food was more expensive than other local places and not good. Quality of the meat was very mediocre and the juices were far from fresh. I gave two stars because of the food. For service alone I would've went with 1/5

Would definitly...
