Pros: ONLY the Scones are nice (coffee flavour).
Cons: Arrived at 9am, 9.15 we made an order. Noticed that they stated "lets Pay Now" before choosing the payment method and there was a choice of "Pay At The Counter" - we thought pay at the counter after eating cause theres a choice of it. Then we ordered and got an order number. 15 mins later, the status of our order didnt change and it only stated " Your order is placed & waiting for the restaurant to accept" - there was no notice or reminder that state "please pay at the counter in order to receive your order". So, we asked the staff and he said we need to go pay at the counter first. I went and order it, got the receipt. We order 4 drinks, 2 scones, 2 nasi lemak and 1 spaghettie. After 20 mins of ordering OFFICIALLY, only 2 scones came. After 10 mins, my spaghettie came. Nearly one hour, our drinks came. drinks came after one hour guys. We asked again the waiter regarding our nasi lemak and the staff went and check. Came to our table again and apologise saying its because too many orders in the system. We lookes around, half of the tables were empty when he said that. So I was like ?????????. Then after 10 mins, the two nasi lemak came over. Its like a Hangry experience, nak marah tapi kena sabar.
I'd recommend (1) to stick any big note or info around the restaurant stating "BAYAR SEBELUM MAKAN" or even on the Order page again. (2) hire more people (3) please ensure drinks come first before food, people almost tercekik waiting for 1 coffee, 2 iced tea and a teh tarik. (3) i dont think its efficient yet still for your restaurant to use "Scan To Order", you have to understand customer's POV (im talking as a CS person) (4) amend again ur scanning apps. "ORDER COMPLETED" should be all order arrive at the table. Yes? No?

The trouble started the moment I tried to place my order online after scanning the QR code. While I was seated, another customer paying cash at the counter told me to leave the table, claiming it was his. I moved to a second table, only to find that someone had already added items to the cart linked to that table.
Confused, I went to the cashier to ask how I could ensure a table wasn’t reserved. The cashier, a lady with spectacles, dismissively said, “The table is no one’s,” and told me to wait for someone else to assist me. That person never arrived. I stood beside the cashier, ignored, as she continued her work without acknowledging me or apologising for the inconvenience. Frustrated, I asked what I should do, and she instructed me to rescan the QR code and remove the previous order from the cart. I followed her instructions, but the issue persisted. Her unhelpful and dismissive attitude only added to my frustration.
I placed an order for my wife, but didn’t get anything for myself because of the ordeal. When the food arrived, my frustration only grew. My wife ordered nasi lemak, and the waitress placed the plate abruptly at the corner of the table with a loud clatter, then walked away without properly serving it. This lack of basic courtesy made my wife comment, “This restaurant is unfriendly.”
The customer service was unacceptable and completely ruined our visit. It feels like the restaurant’s popularity has made the staff complacent and careless. Read moreNeed to scan qr code to order, but the line there is kinda bad.. the website laoding sm, tried to pay online but it didnt stop loading and didnt manage to make payment. tried asking if we can order physically, and they said cannot, the only way was to order thru the website. So we tried again and choose pay at counter since online payment didnt work. Once clicked “pay at counter” the website page showed “order received” or something like that, which from our understanding, the kitchen should get our order.
