Firstly, I use to be your regular customer till the incident that occurred two days ago.
Meaning, I will never come back to your restaurant again at any cost.
Now, I have to review your Rude and unprofessional service.
I came for breakfast around 930am. I asked if you serve meehoon after ordering drinks, roti canai n capati for my mother. Your waiter said we do have mee hoon pointing to the container on table. I walked towards the table to open the container with intention to have it for breakfast.
I opened and there was mee hoon. Your ladyboss immediately walked towards me and pushed my hands away from opening the container rudely. She stormed "not for sale" with a long face.
A reasonable person would have politely said that this container which contains mee hoon is for outside order and not for customers of the restaurant.
However your ladyboss chose to act arrogantly.
I asked again if mee hoon can be cooked now. Your waiter said can and I waited patiently.
He rushed in and came back with a different answer from kitchen after consulting your ladyboss that "no food can be cooked now".
Your service led me to just pay for the drinks n leave the place. I did left the restaurant even without having meal that I came for all the way.
Dear owner of this restaurant, if you think you make money elsewhere and not through this restaurant for you to uphold your professionalism and that you do not care for customers.
Kindly shut down n move on with your political life.
We come to your restaurant for food n service. Technically not to witness the arrogance of your ladyboss.
My complaints towards your mannerless ladyboss can be cross-checked on your CCTV. (8th of December)
15.Sincerely, your loyal customer who decide not to embarrass you...
Read moreLady owner is rude and arrogant. Behaves like she is feeding slaves rather than serving paying customers. One reason to skip Saravanas. 2 years ago, Friday lunch time used to be crowded but due to drop in service, quality and quantity served, the restaurant is half empty on a busy Friday lunch time. Again cheapo owners have cut down the volume served and small amounts compared to the top end like Woodlands. The servings are so small that you may need tooth pick rather than fork and spoon The standard and taste of food has gone bad over the last 2 years. In the process of cost cutting, they stopped serving decent vegetables. Every thing is done cheap, with gourd only no other vegetables seen. The chicken pieces seem to have shrunk too! Possibly cutting it into ½ the original sizes. They have become so cheap now and desperate that despite 4 full lunch meals corders they still charge...
