Nasi Lemak Warung Muhibbah — Restaurant in Perak

The first stop of the 3 Package Breakfast deal for the Party of 14 was here. This is the famous nasi lemak sotong bawah pokok, and there is another branch of the same, operated bt the son of the owner. Luckily we arrived quite early, as the patrons who came after 8:30 am have to practically queue in a long waiting line to get their orders accepted!! Fortunately, we managed to find a long table just next to the kitchen to fit our Party of 14 comfortably, but Lina & Letty had to scramble to bring foods to the table...while keeping tab of what they have actually ordered! At the table, the lovey dovey couples (you know who you are!😍) are sharing a plate of nasi lemak, in anticipation of two more breakfast to come soon after.. At the end, all the nasi lemak and extra dishes like sambal udang & sotong, fried chicken and fried eggs (telur mata) were finished clean! 😋😋😋..This had firmly confirmed their reputation as the best nasi lemak in town, but DO NOT come late, as they would be already closed for business by 11am..Many thanks to Amir & Lina for bringing...

This is quite a famous stall that sells nasi lemak that has a smoky taste. While I can detect some level of smokiness, it isn't overpowering by all means. The sambal is slightly saltier mix of sotong and ikan bilis sambal which is quite flavourful while the sotong itself is just on par, not exceptional. The rice is semi hard texturely, quite fragrant from ginger, star anise and probably cardamom. While the dish isn't expensive per se, including less than a quarter of boiled egg and the hand-handling of anchovies, peanuts and sliced cucumber by the server is no good.

One of the oldest & the best place to had breakfast with families. Their main menu definitely Nasi Lemak With numerous sambal & lauk to choose from.. But their Sambal Sotong exceptionally tasty. There's also noodle soups & Roti canai too. Inexpensive & tasty. There's also a counter for take away only for smoother ordering. It's so heartwarming to witness all Malaysians enjoy dining here. Muhibbah means the feeling of Friendships. Great Food bring...
