Went here a few days ago and had a bad experience with the service. Simply rude.

I wrote down the orders very clearly on the paper and yet one order was mistakenly sent to the table which at first I didn’t mind at all, you only had to take it back and serve me the right menu. Or if you have spoken to me nicely, I would’ve been happy to eat it anyway. INSTEAD, the first staff came out and insisted I wrote W13 from the menu, when I clearly wrote W3. I swear it was SO CLEAR. If you were to read it wrong pun, it wouldn’ve been U13. But you told me I wrote W13, clearly you were imagining the number 1 diknon. BUT anyway he still went in, take the order form back and had the audacity to let another rude woman staff came out and speak loudly to me from the kitchen door asking what I wrote on the order form. You memang nak bagi satu cafe dengar kesalahan you ke? Because guys, she was holding the order form in her hand and right after she realised it was their mistake for reading it wrong, she went back into the kitchen like nothing ever happened. No sorry, no nothing.

The foods were alright but I suggest you read other reviews too because mostly had bad service experience too. Or if you want to eat here anyway, you might want to write with very big handwriting.

I tengok you pulun buat marketing, maybe you should pulun on improving your service...

We went there just now. Workers were SO RUDE, they came to our table UNMANNERLY and asked us to accept and pay for the food which we already cancelled during the order.

I SWEAR it was not our fault. I didnt mind paying, since we visited this premise to support their bussiness. We wanted to give a try and that was our main intention. They should have discussed with us politely. They argued and put the liability on us instead. They even discussed and talked bad about us in the kitchen and i could hear it clearly. Their manners…. it was so unacceptable.

TBH, the tandorri chicken was TASTELESS and we didnt taste other food because we decided to leave immediately due to the incident. Before we left, I intentionally paid double (even more) for the food price since (maybe) they assumed we were there just to create a scene for free foods….? Well, ini bab servis dan makan, owner tak takut ke ambil mudah macam ni? Moga Allah memBALAS apa yang korang buat and ANIAYA...

Very disappointed with the service and the food. The environment was nice but the food and service was… very sorry to say guys… you guys need more improvement. Just imagine sy order spicy aglio olio and i gt just like the pic below.! The pasta was full of cilli and too watery…. Tgk la basah dia mcm ne… yg tu plk sy order tuk mak sy.! Just imagine mak sy mkn pedas2 mcm tu.. ok tu pasta.. ok lets talk about burger… my wife ordered burger.. ingatkan burger dia will make her wowww… but it was another disappointment.. the patty that they use was the usual patty yg kita beli burger biasa like burger ramly tu.. just imagine you pay RM18.90 for normal ramly burger… nonsense right..!! and first masuk2 tu tnya staff dia bole tak bayar guna card.. bole plk dia ckp tak tau la then suruh sy gi tanya kat counter.. sorry guys this my first and last to your restaurant.. please...
