红葉咖啡館Red Leaf Coffee Falim — Restaurant in Perak

I'm very disappointed with the staff customer service. Last time when there was a manager monitoring their work...one customer came with family and were looking for place to sit. I appreciate the manager who arranged the place for them with customer cooperation including me. Now I went to the cafe with my family member of 4, the manager was not there. Only the chinese female and male staff working, I request them to arrange seats for my family to sit as there still seats available to sit. But they refused. We customers paying money for the food and service. Yet, having this kind of disrespect and unfair situations. I'm a regular customer of this cafe. I feel very disappointed. Manager should take count this issue to avoid poor rating and negative feedback...
