Pizza Hut Restaurant Sitiawan — Restaurant in Perak

Pizza was the best as usual. But dissapointed with the ordering way this time. My parents went there first but have to wait till we come to order because ordering food are online now. My parents even asked can we just order here as we are here, they reply was no, everything is online now. How can we expect older people to order online when they have no knowledge on it. Then we have to wait another 40minutes more for for our food. That's disappointing. I do feel the common people like elders and people with no internet knowledge can't have fun at...

Me and family had always loved Pizza Hut, especially here in Sitiawan. Ordered few items today, everything was OK...except

Ordered Bolognese Chicken Meatball Spaghetti, but we got Chicken Meatball Spaghetti instead...there was hardly any minced chicken in it...and the sauce was watery...asked the waiter but she nodded in confusion instead.

Frankly Pizza Hut had always served of the best Bolognese Chicken Meatball Spaghetti....this is just way2 below your standard.

Not posting any picture here though, just a hope that it will be back and good...

I ordered a take away and decided to wait in the car because the air cond was down. It was during berbuka time (sorry, did not notice the time). The lady attending to me was a 40s-50s Malay lady and she was so gracious when I apologised abt interupting their time of berbuka. I went to wait in the car and set my alarm to collect the pizza after the expected 18mins. Just before my alarm rang, the same lady brought my pizza to me at my car. Thank you, Kak.
