TWOTIGERSITIAWANKOPITIAM — Restaurant in Perak

I am passing through Sitiawan for the first time. Thought a HK style kopitiam would be a fast meal but ended up an hour here.

Very very poor and slow service. Food is okay. Definitely ameteur managed. Authenticity of google review is very questionable given what has been reviewed versus with what that was experienced.

Consecutive dishes only came out only after either one of us have finished our a la carte. I could see similar frustration from adjacent tables.

One of my dishes ordered was out of stock.... So was replaced. The waitress cancelled the previous order and did not replace it with the new order. We ended up reordering the dish for my 9 year old son only after everyone has finished their meal.

Though it was a full house, the waiters and waitresses we seen working at leisure pace behind the counter. Those preparing beverages were busy chatting casually amongst themselves. Those serving were coordinating poorly and partially clueless

While we were almost finished, a waitress brought us additional unordered food which we politely rejected, then she proceeded to the next table and did the same... - clueless.....

My teenage son was also busy amusing himself by checking out all the other negative reviews of this restaurant.

Clearly an issue of poor staff training, lack of work flow planning and management as well as poor supervision standards.

Unlikely will sustain on the long run without a major...

At this restaurant, everything is designed to be thoroughly satisfying. The environment is consistently clean, with both the floor and tables well-maintained, and the restaurant itself boasts an appealing aroma. The staff members are friendly and work efficiently, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

When we placed our order, it was served promptly, and the food itself was both fresh and delicious. We even indulged in dessert, which proved to be an excellent choice.

The people here are truly lovely, and the atmosphere is consistently welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the unique combination of the """"Honey Chicken Chop"""" and dry noodle dish, which was both inventive and incredibly tasty. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant for a memorable and satisfying...

Terrible takeaway experience. I’m fine with them charging extra RM1 for every takeaway item, but hey, if you’re passing on the cost (and perhaps even gaining profit from the packaging charges) to your customers, please make sure all the items are properly packaged.

The fact that you’re mixing all the hot food and cold drinks/iced dessert together in one large plastic is… unacceptable and of sheer stupidity.

Hot coffee cup that leaks, egg tarts that are running out of shapes from placing them vertically in the paper bag and etc….

Price: considerably overpriced for cafes at smalltown like Sitiawan.

Food: commercialized taste as other Hainamese Kopitiam l, nothing much to comment.

All in all, wouldnt want to buy anything from them except for...
