Texas Chicken Taman Canning Ipoh DT — Restaurant in Perak

I am not satisfied with this restaurant. Sorry that i couldn't give any pictures but i'll do my best with descriptions. Why i am not satisfied : thick flour on the chicken , which doesn't suit my palate as i would like tender chicken and not a mouthful of flour order number not displayed right at the front , you have to go round to another counter at the other side of the restaurant which i find inconvenient baby chairs displayed right beside order counter , if there were large number of people gathering around the order counter , someone could trip , i barely tripped just now . getting orders wrong , i know this could happen anytime to tired workers but it's not good on a first impression ( we were missing one order of coffee ) food not really filling , my family ordered a five set combo with five chickens , one coleslaw , one large fries ( weren't really that large ) and four drinks , still were left hungry. We could've ordered more , but the food wasn't that tasty. chicken that was supposed to be spicy wasn't that spicy , barely could taste it chicken was considerably small , barely filling

27 oct 2019 went to this texas chicken. The staff who took the order was not serious and not professional. She laugh and unable to took the order properly. This make me have to repeat my order for two three times. She also reply with a sarcastic voice intonation when I accidently pronounce the menu wrongly. It seems today she does not have mood to work and would prefer to hangout with her friends. I did went inside to pay to my order since this texas chicken do not accept debit card at the drive thru. I did raise my complaint to one of the staff at the counter. Unfortunately instead of appologize, she replied "oh many staffs wearing the headphone". I dont think it is a perfect excuse to tell to your customer when your collegue make mistake. At that moment I know that this complaint will not go anywhere if no manager intervention. Therefore, I inform their manager my quick feedback about the customer service provided, she replied politely, and acknowledge my complaint.
