Always heard great reviews of this place, went in with high expectations, sad to say my experience was not a good one. First off the service was really poor. Went during breakfast around 10.20am, scanned the QR code for the menu and when it came time to order we were told that some of the items of the breakfast menu were only available after 11am, which did not make sense cause we were clearly ordering from the breakfast side of the menu, and the items after 11am are clearly on another section. We were told by the waitress the online menu was not as accurate and to refer to the menu on the chalkboard. Not wanting to waste more time we ordered the items which were availabe (Muesli and Eggs Benedict). Once ordering, still unhappy with the explaination given by the waitress, I went ahead to look at the menu written on the blackboard, and I clearly see the items we requested also written in the breakfast section. Talked to the waitress who took our order, asking if we could still change our order, as we wanted to change the muesli to the banana pancake (which is again, first told it was only after 11am, but clearly a breakfast item), and this time given another explaination that it would take too long to prepare and we can expect wait times of up to an hour. Eventhough I did find this explaination a little bit silly and contradicting what she has previously told us, I told her it was fine and we will stick to our original order.
Wait time was long for the food, ordered a slice of cake cause we got hungry waiting. Cake was alright. Once we were done with the cake, we had multiple wait staff walking past us (idly) but we had a hard time flagging one down to clear our plate.
When the food came I am also sad to say that it was bland and not properly seasoned. Combination of fruits in the muesli was not to our liking as well, but this could be a matter of preference.
Not one to leave bad reviews but I was truly unhappy with my experience here. Food was not up to expectation, and service really left a bad taste in my mouth. Can excuse the wait time, it could have been a busy period, but please don't make up excuses to not fufill on customers orders, with such an extensive menu for breakfast and to limit it to a...
Read moreA splendid breakfast. Excellent set up and ambience. I sat beside a fountain and it was cooling and relaxing whilst i wait for my start of day. Waitress mixed up long black n americano. But her growth mindset really made my day as i explained to her the difference between the two. My word, her paitience was impressive as she was willing to hear out a bored gentleman such as myself. I ordered the big breakfast and was immediately taken aback by its generous portion. I went through the dish , devoured everything on the plate, practically inhaled the food down my throat. Even so I can still remember what I had, so let’s go through the plate together now.
The golden brown , hashbrown was fluffy and crisp, infused within the potato , was a bit of spring onions, which to my suprise , gave it quite a bit of character. The greens were fresh and seemingly plucked from the pot as it was crunchy and the plants were enchanced with olive oil, giving it a smooth texture. The mushrooms at the side were splendid as well, they were chewy and flavourful , sauteed with care so that the moisture within it was not lost on the pan. Next is the Eggs, well seasoned and scrambled without dryness , it could be eaten without any additional salt, making it one of my favourites on the plate. Its helping was really generous as well, covering almost 30 percent of the plate. Sampling the wheat and grain toast was marvelous, its crunchiness really stood out from the rest of the soft and chewy dish. Pairing with a helping of eggs was a delight as it encouraged the bread the absorb some moisture from the egg, making it a wholesome bite. Last and not least, was the pork sasauge . It was amazing and a burst of flavor as it filled my mouth full of salty goodness , the juicy meat was one thing, but the flavor that came with it was indiscribable, making it the main protagonist of the lot.
The price as well, was reasonable and in good ratio with the quality food they had produced. Coffee was subpar, but the food made up for the experience.
I give it a 5 stars , not only because of the food. Hygiene and ambience was well done and the table set up was interesting.
Kudos to the chef and serving team.

Read moreI already talked about the mall atmosphere so that could be used as a benchmark for this place. Not gonna go deep into it. Place was clean and well maintained. They don't have an inclusive indoor type restaurant, rather their seatings are on the open area within the mall. Service wise, we had trouble ordering. They don't have physical menu to start with. You gotta scan their menu with the qr codes at table but yet you can't order using your phone. Instead, you still gotta call the waiters to place your orders which kinda made no sense.. Second hurdle came when we start placing our orders with the waiter. He can't understand our enquiry (asked door any recommendation or top seller) and we couldn't catch what he was telling either. Upon further interview, we found out the waiters are myanmar nationals. That explains it. Food was delivered fairly fast. But the food was not warm, probably pre-cooked. And of all the food ordered, i guess only mine was free if any issue. I ordered mutton kebab with couscous. The kebab was marinated well, juicy and the couscous was nice. Pizza was simple and nice (cheesy).Grilled chicken comes in the form of three small pieces of grilled chickens attacked on tomatoes. The chicken sandwich and chicken burger looked the same i can't comprehend what differentiates then both beside the spelling. To make it worse, the patties were plain and tasteless. Felt like expired chicken patties- the slightly sour and non juicy taste you get as you chew into it. Drinks were average. They come in elegantly but in the end the taste matters- and in this matter it didn't quite achieve that. As the name suggests, certain things should stay at far end part of the earth and left alone- never to be ventured or introduced to the world. Ps: Tq for the smiley faced babycino accompanied with a marshmallow but that didn't excite my kids a bit. But your...
