I came today to ur Jungle Gym Atria, and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service your team provided.

From the moment we entered Jungle Gym, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. Your dedication and commitment to ensuring a delightful experience for both parents and children were evident throughout our visit.

The equipment and play areas in Jungle Gym are beyond impressive. My children were overjoyed and had an absolute blast exploring and playing in such a fun and safe environment. The variety of activities available were suitable for kids of all ages, and it was evident that great thought and attention to detail were put into creating a space that is both entertaining and educational.

I wish to particularly highlight the outstanding service provided by the three of you staff - Mr Wan, Sarah and all playland staff. Your genuine care and attentiveness towards every child and parent were truly remarkable. Your patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment were evident in every interaction.

Additionally, I would like to commend your honesty in providing me with honest recommendations and insights about the activities and facilities in Jungle Gym. Your knowledge and expertise were greatly appreciated and helped me make informed decisions for my children.

You don't necessarily need to buy tickets online, you can easily get them there over the counter. Parents, be prepared to invest an entire day there, kids will refuse to leave for certain.

Plus points: Fun and safe place for kids Sufficient waiting area for parents, or if you want a quick snooze, there are bean bags at the back of the play area too - you don't have to worry as your kid is in a controlled environment and kids are not allowed to go out by themselves (still keep an eye from time to time) Fun games and group activities a few times a day, kids enjoy it There's an array of snacks (I always get the waffles or wedges) Good place for kids to engage and make new friends, simultaneously increasing their confidence

What could be better: Parents need to stay sane, would be good if they invest in a proper coffee machine (doesn't have to be expensive, just decent coffee will make us happy). Currently there's only the likes of Nescafe and it kills me when I have no choice but to drink it, cos we're not allowed to bring coffee from outside either. So I plead, please either start selling proper coffee, or allow us to bring our own coffee Extended closing hours like they had before - and like they have in some other branches. 7pm is too early, especially if we get there...

I recently hosted our daughter's birthday party at Jungle Gym Atria Shopping Mall, and it was planned very last minute—only 3 days in advance. The party planning team, led by Faizal, kindly accepted our request with open arms. Faizal did an exceptional job organizing the event, setting up the party area, and planning the day's activities. The customer service and party planning, under his leadership, were outstanding, deserving of a 10-star rating! The food portions were generous, but it would be nice to include mineral water or drinks free of charge considering we ordered a significant amount of food.

If there's one area for improvement, it would be to have more staff on hand. Faizal, along with Ismail—who also juggled front desk duties—appeared to be stretched thin. Faizal managed everything from the initial setup, party planning, emceeing, and day's activities with the kids, to the final cleanup for the event.
