Unacceptable Behaviour — I Have Never Felt So Disrespected
I visited the Atria outlet on 15 July 2025 around 7PM for takeaway, and I left feeling absolutely disrespected and angry. I have never written a complaint before, but this experience was so upsetting that I cannot stay silent.
From the moment I approached the counter, the staff showed zero professionalism. No greeting, no eye contact, no smile — just complete indifference like I wasn’t even there. It was obvious that she was more interested in her phone than serving customers. Right after making my drink, she immediately resumed using her phone without a word.
My drink was dripping, and when I asked for a tissue, she wiped the cup silently and walked off — not even a basic “here you go,” let alone an apology. The cup kept leaking, and I had to call out again to ask for tissue. Only then she handed me some — without saying a single word — and went straight back to her phone.
Not once did she say “thank you,” “please,” or show any courtesy at all. I, the customer, was the one who said thank you, and was completely ignored. She acted as if serving me was an inconvenience, not her job.
As for the drink, tasted nothing like how it usually does at your other outlet. There was barely any berry flavour — just watered-down yoghurt. It’s clear this outlet has no quality control and no customer service standards.
This is not just about a bad drink. It’s about being treated like I didn’t matter. I left the shop angry and humiliated. I have never felt so small as a paying customer.
If this staff’s behaviour is acceptable to management, then I don’t know how this outlet is allowed to keep running. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously. Staff who behave this way should not only be retrained — they should be held accountable. At the very least, someone needs to step in and fix this before more customers are treated...
Read moreIt was an end to end disappointment.
Firstly, there were at least 3 people scatterdly sleeping on their outdoor-balcony customer's seating benches. They did not even bother to close that section to the customers, it was open for customers to sit in. We went for the outdoor seating, but by looking at such scene, we sat inside.
Secondly, we placed the order with the QR Code provided at 18:43. After almost waiting for 35 mins, when we asked what happened to our food, the Supervisor (later he told me that he is the owner's son), said with annoyance that they received the order in their system only at 18:56 (13 mins after we placed the order). Two things here, it is a system glitch and he was annoyed as a service provider with the customers, who have been waiting for the food for 35 mins. None of which was a customer's issue.
Thirdly, at the time of the bill payment, we wanted to explain the above again and tried to give a feedback, his defense was that he just woke up from his sleep and hence, his mood was off. He continued on being abruptly defensive, when we said, whether he at all wants to listen to a customer's feedback or not? I said, we also run our businesses, we really value our customers feedback. Then he said, he also grew up in a business environment and with business money. Can anyone beat this?
Finally, I said can I talk to the owner? He said you can, that's my father. I said, yes please, probably he would understand. He called the owner (his father), unfortunately the connection did not go through.
I left my phone number as a responsible customer with this gentleman and requested the owner (his father) to call me, whenever free. I haven't received a call.
I was there with my wife and daughter, he first shown really unprofessional attitude to my wife and then towards me. At least my family and friends never going to go to La Juceria Superfoods...

I had diarrhoea twice on the same day for the two bottles I consumed. No other discomfort after that. Hope that it is all
Unfortunately I haven't heard from La Juiceria till date.
Initial Post on 9th March Ordered Green Booster Immunity Pack (6 bottles) via Grabfood for delivery on 9th March 2024. Received two bottles at best before date (BBD) of 26 Feb 2024, two bottles with BBD of 8 Mar 2024, one bottle with BBD of 9th Mar 2024 and one bottle with BBD that can't be read.
Called the outlet and the staff explained that its the factory/ HQ that printed wrongly. Tried calling the HQ but couldn't reach anyone.
It's disappointing and worrying now as I trusted La Juiceria on food safety measures. My previous experience with another La Juiceria outlet was totally fine. I have already drank two bottles (including one that looked like its way pass its best before date hence cant be read) before I noticed the best before dates on...
