A Thai Tastebud Trip: Boran Thai Rocks!
Calling all lovers of fiery flavors and fragrant feasts! If you're searching for an authentic Thai dining experience that'll transport your taste buds straight to Bangkok's bustling streets, look no further.
From the moment you step inside, this restaurant enchants with its warm ambiance and aromas that instantly awaken your appetite. The menu is a vibrant tapestry of familiar favorites and hidden gems, each dish expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Now, let's dive into the culinary kingdom! I personally fell head over heels for the classic soup noodle. The broth, oh the broth! It's a symphony of rich savory depths, fragrant with lemongrass and galangal, and just the right touch of chili heat. Each slurp is a pure joyride for your senses.
The basil leaf fried minced pork is a must-try for meat lovers. Imagine tender morsels of pork dancing in a vibrant symphony of garlic, chilies, and the unmistakable punch of fresh basil. It's an explosion of flavor that'll have you reaching for another bite (and another, and another...).
And how can you visit a Thai haven without indulging in a refreshing somtam? Boran's version is a masterpiece. Crunchy green papaya, juicy tomatoes, and slivers of cucumber burst with vibrant freshness, perfectly balanced by the tangy lime dressing and fiery chilies. It's a flavor bomb that'll leave you grinning and reaching for your water glass – in the best way possible!
But the journey doesn't end there! The glass noodle salad, a symphony of textures and tastes with its springy noodles, vibrant veggies, and tangy dressing, is pure summer on a plate. And the mama mee salad, a spicy twist on the classic instant noodles, will surprise you with its depth of flavor and...
Read moreI have frequented this place for many years and their quality is quite consistent. To be honest they are not the best but what they offer is value for money. They offer lunch sets with drinks and a little dessert. First the Tom Yam Noodles, it's quite good if you like sour and spicy with a kick. Confirm eye opener! Portion is adequate for small eaters but some will find it small in portion. Nevertheless it's good. Ordered the Pork Belly Skewers on the side. Tasted like thick cut "bak kwa". This was perfectly done but the charred parts may be unappealing to some. Finally the drinks, not bad and comes in large cup. This is one recommended joint for affordable Thai...
