  1. Yang Kee dry beef noodle (sliced beef & beef balls) is good! Portion is generous and owner is friendly! Most importantly, it's good! Famous for their braised beef brisket with daikon (99 bowls a day/fridays only)
  2. Hoi San pork noodle (formerly from Restaurant Sorn) is worth a try.Portion is good and the amount of minced pork is value for money. For RM7.50, there's a raw egg thrown in!
  3. Kuala Sepetang Curry Mee (十八丁咖哩面) @ RM7 a bowl is good. Aromatic broth and you may have a choice of curry chicken or siew yoke for the price. Fresh si hum, tau pok and long beans all in the bowl. Could improve on the portion though as it was rather measly!
  4. Madam Lam chicken rice @ RM8.50 - a tender poached kampung chicken drumstick with fragrant rice and a bowl of soup. Tangy chili sauce and scallion/ginger dipping comes with the set. Not the best but decent.
  5. Iced chum/chinese tea @ RM3.00 - chum is kaw which is nice. price is reasonable too!

Apart from what we've tried, there's a CKT stall manned by a macho muscular dude, Ipoh Mali Hakka noodle (pretty popular), vegetarian rice, nasi lemak and also a BKT stall which never open during my few visits. (probably evenings only) Very nice choices!

Only gripe during one of my visits was an encounter with this foreign worker (a short fat one with cap) with rude attitude! Just bçoz I told her I'll order my drinks after my meal (prefer very hot cuppa), she rolled her eyes n turned her fat back at me without even clearing and wiping the table which I told her to! How bloody rude! Hope the owners will reprimand her and teach her...

I come to this restaurant few times. Why i come here is not because of the food ( at first ) but because my friend having a stall here selling 鱼头米粉 or fish head noodle. So starting of course is go to support my friend la.

After order wrongly my fish noodle soap is Tomato based i terus pengsan. Cause i not really a tomato fans. But because i dont want to waste the food so i must finish it la. Yes, the soap is NICE, the fish ( i no order Head, so i got the fish Meat ) is boneless and very nice. I almost finish the soap. I would said this is the 1st time i enjoy a tomato based soap.

Then i go 2nd and 3rd time. Bringing my inlaws and friend makan. They all give a very good comment and frankly speaking, not because my friend store i kasi promote. But the heart they prepare and cook this fish noodle is really there. And in a kopitiam which so many others food, they are still selling good. So please go order and try. U can said i promote kao kao but after u try then u know.

The others shop like friend kuey teow, beef noodle and apam balik also i got try, and all of them is good also. Basicly all their food there is good la i would said ( many food still noy yet try )

The only thing i not so like is the table seat stick too near to each other ( i know la people want to cari makan ) but personally i just not so enjoy sitting too near.

Parking around this area is a miracle haha. Good luck...

This kopitiam stands at the corner lot of Jalan 21/1 and 1/17. It has now busted through to the intermediate lot behind it and has 2 additional stalls that are open from 10am to 10pm. One serves Chinese Tai Chow styled dishes and also 1 Plate Rice Meals. The other serves Western Food including pastas, chicken chops and steaks too. It's a great addition to this area and the food is pretty decent. I have only tried the Pork with Salt Fish Rice RM 12.00) and the Watan Hor Fun (RM 11.00). Both were hot, freshly cook and appetizing but a little stingy with the ingredients. Just a side note, the drinks is a separate entity from the food. So you have to pay for your drink when it's served whereas the food, you can pay when you finish eating. Would I recommend it? Yes. This is a perfect place for a simple meal alone or with family. It's clean, has a decent choice of single servings for both the young and older taste buds, the food is good enough and the price is reasonable. I also tried the Kai See Hor Fun which I found to be decently average. You can have a better one nearby at Restoran Hwa Yan Kai (PJ). Overall, this kopitiam has a lot to offer with many choices and is a good place to eat especially if you're a group. Parking in SEA Park is always...
