I recently had the pleasure of trying Pizza Lab, and it was an experience that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for something special.

PROS:

1. the food was amazing! Just what i expected from myburgerlab little bro. (Psst go search what is myburgerlab, you’ll not be dissapointed 😉)

2. Accept cashless payment.

3. Easy take away option after dine-in.

4. a very good customer service, like very good, the recommendation they told us work splendidly. (They told us what pizza to order and what pizza to eat first, it helps us to wnjoy our food more haha)

5. The waiting time is surprisingly short.

CONS:

1. The atmosphere is kind of suffocating? Because of how small the place is and owh the crowd lol.

2. The parking there were horrible, might need to plan when is the suitable time though.

3. the meal price, a bit more expensive from you dominos pizza.

Overall: It was a satisfying visit, a part from all the cons. The food and services really does makes me fall in love with em. This is truly the Pizza version of myBurgerlab....

Hi. My experience with myPizzalab is usually good, but today was the total opposite on 12th February, Saturday at 5.15pm. Please check your CCTV for the cashier's identity. There was a staff in black tudung playing with her phone nearest to the entrance. i asked if your store was open as there were no other patrons around, she rudely said to me, “ORDER AT THE COUNTER”. Not very welcoming, but decided to give her the benefit of doubt. At the cashier counter, i wanted to redeem a birthday promo so i showed her my phone. She was VERY impatient in her expression and body language. I proceeded to make payment. She then tore the receipt from the machine and threw it on the table in front of her in my presence.
