๐๐) Super duper creamy thick & flavourful broth, honestly so rich in taste. Perfectly balanced taste of sweet & spicy. Served with super crispy fuzhuk (่ ็ซนไป), fish cake (not a fan of them but mom kept saying how good they were), cockles (่่ถ), tofu pok (่ฑ่ ๆณก), long beans, beansprouts & chicken strips. Personally felt that the bihun used was of high quality.
Mom found the chicken to be fresh being very juicy & tender. Thin coating on the chicken too!

Also available is their sambal paste in a bottle. Prefect for ppl like my dad who insists of adding sambal in most of his food haha.
๐๐) Served at the same time as the other dishes, the speed totally impressed me. Another well done dish. Prawns weren't the juiciest but the dish was nonetheless flavourful, with a slight hint of smokiness (wok hei).
Loved how you can adjust the sweetness, so if you can consume it without sugar haha. Gula Melaka sourced for a speciality Malaccian vendor.
Super duper kaw (101/100 from me here) & Asian uncle approved. Personally thought it was a lil sweet but dad did remind me that Malaysian kopi generally requires a hint of sugar for best experience.
๐๐) Comes with a layer of cream on top. Can definately taste the hint of coffee bitterness with the kick of saltiness. Honestly a well balanced drink without one item overpowering the other.

Read moreI love the foods. I am giving 3 stars here because I want to complaint to the management. Yesterday me and my friend went there to berbuka puasa. Nobody was there, just us. While me choosing the menu, suddenly this one chinese nenek approached us and say, nenek lapar ada duit sikit x? Then us being no cash on hand, said to her that we dont have cash. She said nevermind just buy her some food for her and her older brother. She said she somewhat 80s years old. Indeed she was old. She asked to buy chinese food from the next shop instead choosing food from the shop. She said nk makan nasi lah, the food here pedas lah and etc. Then when she opened the menu, the price was quit pricey then she said its okay go back to Eastern Kopitiam and then she ordered. Actually we felt something is wrong. The cashier trying hard not to smile I was weird. Then after the nenek ordered for take away, she left the store saying will pick up the order at 9pm. And the nenek and the cashier seems know each other. When I asked the cashier who was the nenek etc then he told us that nenek always did that to the customer. She just did the same to the prev customer before us that day. I was like why the hell she wants to have so many foods from different customer in one day. The cashier said she did this for almost one week now. They did remind/said something to the nenek but then the nenek angry at them. I told the cashier you guys should tell your management/boss. Please dont let this kind of thing happen to the shop or people who knows real story will never want to set foot there anymore. So boss/management, please alert on what happened to your shop. And please tell you staff not to let anyone in except...
Read moreI'm not sure if all the 5 star reviews about this place are staged or done by F&F. Came to try out this place because of the high rating. Raving about good service and good food but it's definitely not the case. Came at 12:30pm, nasi lemak with curry chicken, salted coffee already not available. Waved and wanted to clarify with the auntie, she was looking at my direction but maybe didn't see me. Seeing her so soullessly doing her job and busy, so we just decided to choose other things on the menu.
Placed order at 12:43pm but mains only came at 13:10pm. Drinks & toast came after 10 mins. Waited about 30 mins for the mains.
Ordered: Cham Milo: Standard. Nothing great. Kaya Toast: Kaya is good, overall kopitiam standard. Half boiled eggs: Standard. Red Bean Slush: Good, not so sweet. Signature Curry Meehoon: Mediocre. Too much cream, curry taste not strong. Small kerang, 3 stalks of long beans, good portion of taugeh, Fuchuk has some oil smell. Cantonese Fried: No wok hei, taste wise okay la, better than many air-conditioned Kopitiam.
The auntie manning the floor & cashier, negative vibe like she hates her job. Lol. The place is definitely undermanned, auntie is the only one running the floor while it's almost full house. And the fact that our food took 30 mins to arrive speaks of this obvious issue as well.
Total damage RM68.
Never coming back. Not...
