Read moreBrought my family here to try the food. Serving staff was observant enough to ask if we wanted kids' utensils and bowls. The two kids, a child and a toddler, enjoyed Wok the Pork (fried rice with pork). The picky eater elder girl also loved the pork in Gulouyuk Pasta. We also liked the Asian Buns. The combination of crispy stuffed mini mantous filled with savoury fillings like avocado was yummy. Their Gongfu Pig (pork ribs), Rack it Rough (pork rack) are good too, and Braise a Leg (duck leg in herbal soup) was comfort food.
Environment of the place is cooling and peaceful, with 3 different sections - front indoors, outdoors, and another indoor section at the back that's a bit more private and good for private functions. We managed to get the corner seat near the front, with a window bench that the kids played on when they got restless.
One tip, maybe when they hand you the menus at the start, can ask them if there's any dish not available on that day just in case they're out of a particular ingredient (to manage expectations). I guess the place is still pretty new and doing minor tweaks here and there to their recipes, but overall I'm looking forward to see more good food consistently from them, and hoping many more people enjoy their visit...

Came here due to their interesting dishes, ordered the salted egg chicken, the chicken is crunchy and the fragrance combine with the salted egg sauce is just fabulous, the portion is just nice. The seafood meesua soup was ok, nice especially if you are under the wind. The crown jewels of the night is their dessert, it cost RM20 per bowl but it's something you can't find from other shop, it came with an extra shot of sake and you can taste the sake in the dessert, nice to share with two, it's a must try if you visit there but maybe not ordering every time you are there, it's a costly bowl of dessert. They are quite attentive, checking on my tea and refill the water, and very courteous to customer. The layout of the restaurant might not be ideal, having the back portion seperated from the front by the counter, it could be hard to call out to the waiter but the frquency of them passing by make up to it. It's worth a try as they have quite some...
