Came here for breakfast today for the first time in two years (last time I came was before the pandemic) and it's still as good and popular as I remember. Had the Australian big breakfast and egg royale which were pretty good. I remembered from my last visit that the kaya butter toast was amazing, so I ordered it again and wasn't disappointed. The bread was soft, fluffy, and had a bit of sweetness to it. The kaya was special too, creamy, not too sweet, delicious. It even comes with a side of coconut milk if you want. The interior is spacious and the cafe itself is actually located inside the PJ Palms Sport Centre. Once you walk into the centre you'll see the pool and the cafe is at the far right corner of the pool. As for parking there's street parking outside which you'll need to pay for and valet parking which is more expensive. If you plan on coming for breakfast it's best to come early as the cafe fills up really fast. One of the best...
Read moreThis cafe is quite hidden and located beside the pool area. Food is good but the pastries is average at best.
Ordered Eggs Benedict with Sourdough and Hot Americano for dine in and Plain Croissant and Pain au Chocolate for takeaways. Food itself is good but quite small for the price I did paid. To add on, this place serves the thinnest slice of sourdough on top of Eggs Benedict I’ve ever seen haha. Coffee is good too hats of to the barista who calibrated the beans. Pastries is not worth the money to spend on.
Service is average. Waited around 10mins for coffee and another 10minutes for food. Staff is not that friendly just a typical PJ service. Do highlight that the staff do not touch inside of the plate when serving and just hold it either at the bottom or the rim of the plate because it’s off putting to see the nails with some gunks near the...
Read moreI love their service here; it was so efficient, and we got our meals in less than 15 minutes! The staff were very attentive and friendly as well. I had the egg royale meal—the sourdough was quite hard (liat in Malay) and thinner than expected, but I still enjoyed it. The dirty latte was good too, with a strong coffee taste. The place was quite packed when we arrived around 10 a.m. on Sunday, and we had to write our name to queue if we wanted to sit inside the cafe. So, we chose to sit outside since there were empty seats (it was a bit hot but still bearable). Oh, and I forgot to mention that we also ordered Jam and Kaya’s Pancake (served later), and I’m loving it! The amount of strawberries they put on it was generous—I forgot to take a picture! :( The taste was heavenly! I will definitely come again in the...
